My hamstrings were so tight the whole time. Even though I stretch after my strength training workouts, I'm still so tight - especially my hamstrings and groin/inner thigh area. This helped.
I also have tight hamstrings and hip flexors and this always helps me also! Check out my STRETCH video.. there are some great hamstring & hip flexor dynamic stretches in there that could also help! Thank you for watching 😊
