  • This 35 minute reformer video is focused solely on the lower body. You will be working legs and glutes, power muscles, and smaller stabilizing muscle groups. Enjoy this quick lower body workout with Alex.

    very nice series,thanks a lot, quite tough I gotta say I couldnt do the legs in the straps on the box,instead I did in on the carridge.

    love your videos! I just purchase a reformer, and been using it with your videos. But do we need a long box? I currently do not own one.

    Hi, I have not joined your monthly subscription yet because I’ve gotten it into my head that the Friday videos are more advanced than the M W ones, which are challenging enough for me. Is this true? Or does the still frame just happen to land on an intimidating exercise?😅

      The frame just happens to land on an intimidating exercise! The Friday videos are very similar with my other videos level wise. You can always try them out and cancel.
