Hi, I have not joined your monthly subscription yet because I’ve gotten it into my head that the Friday videos are more advanced than the M W ones, which are challenging enough for me. Is this true? Or does the still frame just happen to land on an intimidating exercise?😅
The frame just happens to land on an intimidating exercise! The Friday videos are very similar with my other videos level wise. You can always try them out and cancel.
