    You are being so sensible staying on 2.5 for longer. Well done for actually listening to your body rather than just upping as quickly as possible. Setting a great example of how to use this miracle meditation correctly! 👏🏼❤️ Happy Christmas to you too 🥂🎄✨

    I am on week 3 today! Lost around 6lbs 2.7kg so far and I’m loving how I do not have the food noise! I do notice towards the end of the week I start getting more hungry and start to think about food more. Thanks for the update 😊

    I am month 4 and have lost 2 stone 3lbs. I have been on 5mg for 3 months and am going onto 7.5 this week. Tbh I have not exercised as yet as I felt I needed to lose a bit to get the energy to do that and so I intend to up my physical activity. I am halfway to my goal weight and my energy levels have really improved, personally I have not had any side effects that I have noticed. I do get reflux at night and it can be quite uncomfortable in bed but 8 had reflux before Mounjaro. I did some research and a glass of skimmed milk is recommended by gastroenterologists and I tried it last night and it helped a lot! Foodwise I do not calorie count and I eat normally and the same as previously (minus snacks) but with much smaller portions of course, I don’t eat junk food or processed foods as I just have never eaten that way. I definitely eat less and the biggest change is that I have no inclination to snack. I have heard it said that it stops ‘food noise’ and it does! I also did not take the Mounjaro for one month back in mind October into mid November and my weight stayed stable which was encouraging and although my appetite increased a bit, I did feel that my stomach and brain had learned to stop when I am full. Good luck!

    Im on week 10 and in week 2 of 7.5. Currently lost almost 15KG. Not dieting or calorie counting at all but think I might start monitoring a little now. You're doing amazing. Well done.

    Thank you for sharing your experience 🙂 I’ve just finished my week 4 on Mounjaro 2.5mg and lost 5.1kg so far, slow and steady journey, with very minimal side effects, I can only say positive things about my treatment up to this point 👍🏼 Moving to 5mg today, wish me luck!

    *just a correction. Eli lily don’t recommended going up after 4 weeks each time. They just state you should move up from 2.5 to 5 after 4 weeks as 2.5 is only seen as a loading dose.

    I’m always interested in what others are eating and our calories seem to line up. I’m about 1200-1400 a day with the odd 800-900 usually after jab day when I feel stuffed too quickly. I’m on week 11 and staying on the 5mg pen u til it stops working as I am routinely still losing. Well done on your journey so far and on enjoying being a mum. I hope you all enjoy your first Christmas together. ❤

    My question - once you get below the BMI level of 30 and dont have hypertension or hypercholesteraemia, will they still prescribe it?

    • @babblingbythebrook
      @babblingbythebrook  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@lauraoli9627 yes I’m not sure about other providers but the pharmacy I use (MedExpress) ask you to fill in a form online every time you reorder your prescription and you have to enter your current weight each time. My BMI is around 27 now x

      What about when you get to a healthy weight I am worried that they will stop prescribing and the weight will come back on and not allowing it to be prescribed unless over 30 bmi???

    Diabetics have to be careful of bananas due to the high level of potassium. I don't think that weight loss users need to stop eating bananas.

      Ignore the trolls they don't know what it's like living with food noise all your life. They wouldn't be so negative to someone who was using medication for mental illness or alcohol addiction etc. Keep up the good work.
