Hope you had a very special Christmas! Thank you for this vlog as I'm still struggling with getting enough protein as a vegan. I've been wanting to do a tuna/chicken salad vegan version recipe. Going to try one with gilled Tempe shredded with TJ's cashew yogurt instead of mayo or your cottage cheese and then the rest of the ingredients like you used. If that isn't tasty, Brooke has one with garbanzo beans. Just need to play around with food prep, so I'm not reaching for the same thing at lunch time that isn't high in protein. Thanks sweetie! 💕

Sydney what do u recommend for sweet treats if protein powder upsets ur stomach? Ive tried the protein deserts and while there yummy my tummy tends to hurt and feel bloated!
