Imma be honest, for me, building those super modern blocky houses with all the windows in the Sims is just so much fun. I can’t explain it, it’s just very enjoyable. Me: *slowly raises my hand*
Yeah I actually got the pack for the build buy items lol. Don't tend to actually use the fitness items themselves because watching my sims exercise is not my idea of fun (the idea of having to go to a gym IRL is not a pleasant thought either, not enjoyable at all). But the furniture & stuff? Yep! Works well in more contemporary builds.
I really enjoyed watching this video, i kinda felt like a different vibe, a calm one, even if it was like a messy themed video haha, i loved your positivity while doing the house, it turned out beautiful. Good Job
I think it would be a funny video to build a house with items you truly hate (and don't try to hard to match, just a chaos build) because it would be a full display of the terrible items that exist in the game 😂
I like that you fully comitted yourself to the challenge this time Kayla. You often sell yourself short and doubt how good you are even at the styles you don't like (precisely because you don't like them you tend to asume it's bad when it's actually good, just not your style) and then allow yourself to cheat. But this time I think you didn't cheat at all and trully completed the challenge, went out of your comfort zone and did something cool. Like you always say, trust the process!
The video should be named „building a sims house with items i never used“ 😂😂
This house is one on my FAV HOUSES You've ever built! Most of theese things are my fav but I would've never thought to use them in the way you did absolutely gr8 work! :D
Me finding out that I use many of the items she does not like to use
I like using the brown shade of the laundry day chair, size down four of them and make a planter for the house plants. (Little tree you use A LOT)
this house actually isn’t that bad. the rooms actually look quite aesthetically pleasing. love the blue green.
genuinely don't know how i survived before i found kayla's channel... i just finished a work shift it is 3am and this is exactly what i needed i love u kayla
You need to do this with the wall papers and floors you hate.
this build looked super fun! i think everyone needs to step outside their comfort zone when creating more :)
What about every room is a different holiday!!!??
Ok but wait, the fitness stuff brick actually looks really god? Somehow I just never see it in B&B, I completely forgot about that one. It looked so good with the eco siding?! Like what...
kayla my comfort youtuber 🥰🥰
I actually think the result turned out really well! I like modern houses so I may be biased, but for someone who said she doesn't enjoy making modern houses, I think you did very well, especially when you had to use items you hate or don't usually use. The house looks really beautiful
Oh my gosh😂 our favorite/least favorite pieces are completely different lol
I would love Kayla to do the million dollar house challenge, for all the cheap, accessible base game houses she makes
Love The Video!!!
love seeing you build something different from what you always do, it looks really nice !!
That cactus is my favorite🥲
I actually REALLY like how the bedrooms turned out! They have so much personality.
I...... actually use that bed a lot. Mind you most of my builds are a Modern South African style s that probably has something to do with it.
When building a house in The Sims, I adopt the philosophy of avoiding furniture that looks like a pain in the ass to clean in real life.
I love how she said she was going to replace the half wall after placing the light but never did 💀
I’m obsessed with the plants in this game. I cram them into every corner I can, especially on my modern builds.
Am I the only one that lowkey doesn't get the amount of hate on fitness stuff? Don't get me wrong, it could have been executed WAYYY better. But I personally thought it was very cute, specially for modern builds. The pendant light is one of my favorite objects from it.
this house turned out amazing Kayla!! I love the kids room!!
