Yo if you have any experience in using iems and you have bought any in recent times. Can you tell me if IEMs have the same durability as headphones or they are less or more durable than headphones?
@@headphone_zone Got it. I'm looking at a premium phone like the Asus Zenfone 10 and such is stated on its website - "Hi-Res Audio 192k Hz / 24-bit standard for 3.5mm output". So my question is, it would be pointless to get a DAC when the phone already has Hi-Res output through its 3.5mm jack, yes?
While there are no inherent issues with the stock cable, transitioning to a balanced cable might provide a noticeable enhancement in sound performance, particularly in terms of clarity and separation. Ultimately, it depends on your preferences and whether you prioritise these subtle audio enhancements enough to justify the upgrade.
While the 7Hz x Crinacle - Zero 2 is an excellent choice for audio quality, it doesn't come with a microphone, which could be a limitation for gaming if you need one for communication. If you're looking for an IEM specifically for gaming with a built-in microphone, we'd recommend considering other options. Is there a difference in between salnotes zero type c with mic vs salnotes zero 3.5mm with mic vs salnotes zero 3.5mm no mic in terms of sound quality or dac support?
There's no difference in sound quality between any variants of the Salnotes Zero. However, it's essential to note that the type-C variant won't work with any DAC due to its design. So, if DAC support is a priority for you, consider the 3.5mm variants with or without a mic.
Hey Headphone Zone, I'm really confused between the 7Hz Salnotes Zero (Type-C with mic) and the Moondrop Chu II DSP (Type-C with mic). As a beginner audiophile, what should I go for? Please help me out picking one.
If bass is a preference, you should check out the KZ Castor as it as an extra bass sound signature. It comes in a 3.5mm termination and hence you'll need to either pair it with a Type C DAC or a compatible replacement cable with a Type C termination.
@@headphone_zone Can u suggest a budget Type C dac? And Ill check out KZ Castor although I was also thinking about Truthear Hola. but its out of stock in any store.
No, we don't have an experience store in Hyderabad. However, you can explore our wide range of products and make purchases conveniently on our website. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
We don't think an extra bassy IEM is a great choice for gaming. If bass is a preference you should check out the KZ Castor and in case you prefer something which has a balanced sound signature with a good soundstage which will be a great choice for gaming, you should go for the 7Hz Salnotes Zero.
As sound is very subjective, it's not necessary what we like is something you will also prefer. Having said that, you should check out the Tangzu Wan'er S.G. as it is a natural sounding IEM with a warm and smooth sound signature - www.headphonezone.in/products/tangzu-waner-s-g
The Salnotes Zero can definitely be used to enhance your gaming experience. We're actually in the process of creating a video that delves into IEMs tailored for gaming across different budget ranges. Keep an eye on the channel for updates! 🎮

i have the moondrop chu 2 and i always thought it was a little too harsh and lacking in bass as a person who wants to have the option to be able to have a good listening experience with both pop bollywood and hiphop. do you think its better than the chu 2 as i dont think i want too much bass rather as u said a subtle v shape sounds like a sweet spot
I have tried the chu 1, chu 2, and zero 1. I found the zero 1 to be superior to chu 1 and chu 1 better than chu 2. I will recommend that consider truthear hexa as your next upgrade and use a bit of EQ if you need more bass on hexa
If you found the Moondrop CHU 2 a bit harsh and lacking in bass, then you'll likely enjoy the 7Hz Salnotes Zero 2. It offers a more balanced sound signature with a subtle V-shape, which should suit your preference for pop, Bollywood, and hip-hop music.
We have a series of videos planned, and we'll definitely consider including the KZ ZSN Pro 2 in one of them. Keep an eye out on the channel for updates!
Assuming V shaped sound signature isn't a consideration. Does the CCA CRA still stand out with chu 2 or this ZERO 2 particularly in terms of crispness, clarity and detail retrieval in music.
Yes, you can use the 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 with your iPad Pro 4th generation. However, since iPads don't have a headphone output, you'll need to use a DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) to connect the IEMs to your iPad. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

Comparing the 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 with the Truthears Hola is like comparing oranges to apples. Both are differently tuned IEMs, each offering its unique sound signature. Yo if you have any experience in using iems and you have bought any in recent times. Can you tell me if IEMs have the same durability as headphones in the same budget or they are less or more durable than headphones?
I'd say IEMs are light weight, and small enough to be carried in one's pocket. Just bear in mind that you gotta select IEMs with detachable cables. For instance, the cable (0.78mm) of OG zero (without mic + 3.5mm jack) is extremely robust in its price range. That said, 0.78 mm 2 pin cable with 3.5mm jack is readily available in the market (look for brands like Tripowin). Most budget iems use 0.78mm pins. It's just that different iem brands house the pins differently. I've gotten the 7hz zero's (black model) back when they were launched, and they still work without any problems, and I neither baby them nor store them in a pouch. Now, it all boils down to whether you want something bulky or something sleek. I'm not getting into technical details like soundstage, type of drivers, instrument separation, sound leakage, fidelity etc. Hope this helps!

We don't think an extra bassy IEM is a great choice for gaming. If bass is a preference you should check out the KZ Castor and in case you prefer something which has a balanced sound signature with a good soundstage which will be a great choice for gaming, you should go for the 7Hz Salnotes Zero.
@@headphone_zone okay thankyou,i was looking forward to it..actually i dont need extra bassy..just need a normal bass but it should not be lesser also

¿What's is better?, Can You help me
Our pick will be the 7Hz x Crinacle - Zero 2.
@@headphone_zone and Truthear Gate or Salnotes 7hz zero 2? What's better?
i have the moondrop chu 2 and i always thought it was a little too harsh and lacking in bass as a person who wants to have the option to be able to have a good listening experience with both pop bollywood and hiphop.
do you think its better than the chu 2 as i dont think i want too much bass rather as u said a subtle v shape sounds like a sweet spot
It offers a more balanced sound signature with a subtle V-shape, which should suit your preference for pop, Bollywood, and hip-hop music.

does this IEM support High res lossless ?
All IEMs support Hi-Res Lossless, they don't have a specification like that. It depends on the DAC you're using.
Do they work with iPad Pro 4 gen?
Yes, you can use the 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 with your iPad Pro 4th generation. However, since iPads don't have a headphone output, you'll need to use a DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) to connect the IEMs to your iPad. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

Why you discontinued truthear hola, what happened to it?😭
Oh, the mysteries of the audio world! It wasn't our doing, but alas, the Truthear Hola bid us adieu as the brand decided to discontinue it.
I have both. The bass on zero 2 isn’t massively greater than the original, it’s certainly not a ‘bass head’ iem. The tuning on 2 is better all round.
Thank you for sharing your feedback!

@@gyanaranjanaryan2867 zero 2 is the better tuning.
Hi team, is 7hz x crinacle zero 2 better than truthear hola?
Comparing the 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 with the Truthears Hola is like comparing oranges to apples. Both are differently tuned IEMs, each offering its unique sound signature. However, it's worth noting that the Hola has been discontinued, so if you're looking for an alternative, the 7Hz x Crinacle Zero 2 could be a great option to consider. Keep the music playing!

@@headphone_zonethanks
I have both and I find the OG zero a lot cleaner than zero 2 - OG zero's are a tad neutral than zero 2 which in turn tend to take the V route.
Great observation, you're on point! The way we look at it is that both of these cater to the different types of Audio Enthusiasts.

Zero 2 is the most reference type tunning of all the items out there including the $$$ones. ( I mean it.) Now it s even more linear- reference with the bass elevated because it's not elevated it's at the right place before that it was missing about 4 dBs I'm talking as a music producer..If we won t to be graph freaks yeah waybe the version 2 needs 1-2 dB less but the the OG also needed 3-4 dB plus..🥸It's a steal at this price range..the only thing that is lacking is a tiny bit of air on the contrary the OG Zero had a bit too much..! People PICK YOUR POISON ! 😄 My 2 cents..😉 🙋
Thanks for sharing your insights! It's always fascinating to hear different perspectives. We're glad to hear that you find the Zero 2 to have a reference-type tuning, especially from the perspective of a music producer. You make a valid point about the subtle adjustments in bass elevation and airiness between the original and version 2. Ultimately, both the 7Hz - Salnotes Zero and the 7Hz x Crinacle - Zero 2 offer unique qualities, catering to different preferences and needs. It's all about finding the right fit for your listening style. Your two cents are much appreciated! 😊🎶
