I got the orange colour cuz it also reminds me of the late 90s-mid 2000s era. I think it looks more like it's from that era than the blue one. Because the blue one is too angular. Everyone knows most 90s designs were either curved or bulbous in shape, especially if the design uses clear plastic (except in the early 90s which was a completely different era of clear plastic). And it doesn't pair well with the silver metal plate, either.

The right side of my QKZ VK4 is no longer working so I am looking for a new replacement. Do you think the 7hz Salnotes Zero is still worth buying? or can you please recommend me something better.
TRI Clarion pairs really well imo. Honestly bought it for fun because I already love what they did with the OG Zero and the translucent design is just so pretty. To my surprised, the Zero2 was able to handle quite a good amount of bass boost with EQ, I have been having fun with that.

I have bgvp's with a more warm sound signature. Also used many earbuds including Sony, Sennheiser. When it comes to headphones, Sennheiser, grado, audeze. I know what sound signature sounds good to me I'll be ok in that regard. I really just wondered in a technical sense how the zero 2 are compared to the original, any improvements? or same same but different and not worth spending money over.

Its a very different flavor and a good one to have to broaden your horizon.

Zero 2 is bassier and more meaty sounding. If your main focus is on male vocals. You should consider that.
