You are correct-the Truthear Zero:RED do need a fair bit of power, which is why it's recommended to use them with a DAC&Amp. This will help them reach their full potential and improve your listening experience.
You can tune to your liking ofc , but the audio still will be good , the highest quality you can get will be available by a use of dac , you dont particularly need tuning as dac has amplifier in it that colours the audio a little bit ( in a better way ) you can get a jcally or audiocular dac for 1100 rupees or so and get a good dac and you will be great.

@headphone_zone Just received my Salnotes zero 2 & Abigail pro and I tested them with dolby atmos off , normal eq and high quality on youtube music app. Somehow, my oppo enco 32 neckband (dolby on + little eq tune to reduce base) sounds better than the zero 2. Almost 90% of the minor details which I can hear in zero 2, I can also hear in enco. Mid base (& even lower base) is far superior in the enco, and practically non existing in zero 2 (Note that I only need light base). The upper tunes are too pronounced in zero 2. The only good thing in zero 2 is soundstage seems just a little more wide. I am not sure if these earphones needs break-in / burn-in time...... otherwise, they are highly overrated.

hi there raghav! i mostly listen to alternative rock, a bunch of soul, r&b, dreampop, soundtracks and some hip hop. i personally like music that's not loud, blends in and smooths easily, has a good punchy bass but a very balanced sound stage/signature that hits all the right spots. i also extremely appreciate clarity in the music im listening to, harmonious vocals (always, mids and highs), crisp instrumentals and hitting beats. i'm looking for something that's extremely well balanced and harmonious to listen to, but with also considerably good bass. i'm really, really looking for a great pair of sounding earphones but i've never used iems before, and hence for this purpose, could you please recommend me one?
There are several DACs available that support Hi-Res Lossless playback. If you could give us your budget, we can recommend something accordingly. As for your other question about connecting the DAC, it depends on what USB port your device supports-most DACs come with a USB-C connector.

Since the Truthear x Crinacle - ZERO:RED needs a bit more power to drive it, you'll need an external DAC to ensure it gives out its maximum output. Having said that, we would recommend going for the 7Hz Salnotes Zero paired with the iFi Audio- Go Link.
@@headphone_zone Ok Thanks
Hi Raghav, That’s a nice video explaining all the IEM.
I’m a newbie and want to buy IEM for the first time. I don’t have much knowledge about base, highs and lows.
I like to listen to English songs mostly rock bands.
Could you please suggest me which one to buy in the 5k budget.
Thanks a lot.
You should check out the Truthear x Crinacle - ZERO:RED.
Is kiwi ears a better buy over tangzu waner , ihave 7 hz salnotes zero and I like it
Any specific IEM you're referring to from kiwi ears?
Cedenza , like will i notice any differnce, will it be an upgrade , i like balance out put with good bass , will cadenza be better choice of upgrade or truth hear zero red , or any other suggestions below 8k@@headphone_zone
Hi raghav
currently I am using oneplus nord buds 2 and honestly the mic quality is bad and sound is only decent at best.. Would u recommend entering IEM with tangzu - wan'er SG or wait a little longer and enter with IEM in price bracket around 5k?
As a beginner, the Tangzu Wan'er is a great pic.
Hi Raghav,
You are doing great work.
I need some advice from you regarding which IEM to go for.
I am new to IEMs and my preference is clarity in sound with (occasional) medium bass. With budget of under 3k which one would you recommend.
Thank you for the encouraging words! For your preference, we recommend the Tangzu - Wan'er S.G. Keep the music playing!
Please suggest best iem under 5000 with a good mic for calls as well
You can go for the KZ - ZS10 Pro 2.
I want a IEM with best vocals a good enough base and sound detailing which is best for me in budget
If bass is a preference, you should check out the Oriveti OD100
Hey raghav i need iem for rap and phonk and for electronic music under 5000 and a good dac under 2000 suggest me
You can go for the Truthear x Crinacle - Zero:RED and pair it with the Headphone Zone x ddHiFi - Hi-Res DAC.
KZ ZS10 PRO or CCA RHAPSODY? which has more bass?
We've not had a chance to hear the CCA Rhapsody. However, we can surely say that the bass on the KZ ZS10 Pro is quite punchy.
Simgot ew200 or Truthear x Crinacle - ZERO:RED which is the best
Do you have any specific music preferences?
I am also interested to know which one among these two is comfortable to wear and can be used for a longer period without fatigue.
Hi Raghav, im a beginner to iem and i mostly listen to Indian carnatic and fusion music. Can you please suggest should i go to iem or any other option
If yes, which iem i should go for
Is there any specific budget you want to work around?
@@headphone_zone no restriction as such but would be fine around 5000. Or will extend if its really worth and long lasting
@@headphone_zonesame question

You seem to have some solid sources! 😄 We do have a collaboration IEM launching very soon. Keep an eye on our website for more details, and as always, stay curious and keep the music playing! 🎧🔵🎶

Can you suggest me best IEM headphones under 3000 to gift my friend (who mainly focus on best audio quality).

How is TRN CONCH? Where does it stand?
As we've not tried the TRN Conch, we wouldn't be in a position to comment.

You can go for the Truthear - Hexa.
Hi when will Tangzu Xuan Nv come in stock ?
The Tangzu x HBB - Xuan Nv priced at ₹ 7,499/- will be available for purchase on our website by the end of June.
Using kz zsn pro x from past few months and and just ordered fiio - jd1.. but on my s23 ultra there is no type c DAC supporting please help
Since Samsung Devices have compatibility issues with Non Samsung Accessories, we can't suggest any DAC which will be compatible for sure.
I am using s21fe and shanling ua1 plus works perfectly well with it as per my experience
Using Shanling Ua1 plus with my S22ultra...no issues
do these styles stay in your ear? fo you curve the wire over your ear then in?
If you wear IEMs correctly with the ear-tips that fit the best, they do stay in your ears. To understand how to wear an IEM correctly, please check this out: th-cam.com/users/shorts5nHswZq0Utw
How's Truethear gate?
If you prefer a flat sound signature, you should check out the Truthear - GATE.

The Hiby.
@@RaghavSomani-HeadphoneZone thanks raghav !
hey man can you compare the sound quality of TRUTHEAR x Crinacle ZERO:RED with boat nirvana 751 and make a video about it
Great suggestion!
Hi Raghav, I am a complete beginner in IEMs and want a IEM mainly relating to music and gaming. Please suggest me a IEM with a budget of rupees 5000
You should check out the Final - VR2000.
I always add iem's to cart, but then realize that they might be having 20% better sound, but that's not worth it for the hassle of having wires.
Ohh Boy! You really need to try them out and we believe it will definitely change your opinion.
Hi Raghav, I like your videos very much . And finally I have decided to get one IEM to start my journey. But I am so confused that which should I get under 2k. So can you please help me to get my first IEM. I like balance sound and a just little more bass not much just little to listen all types of songs special EDMS AND english rock. So I am requesting you to please suggest me . I have picker Fiio jd1 and kz zns pro 2. So can you suggest your opinion.
You should go for the Moondrop Chu 2 as it has a balanced sound signature with a bit of bass.
I wanna use this with my pc any recommendations for an external amp or dac?
Could you please let us know what IEM are you using?
Hello Raghav, I have used truthhear hola and I loved it. And currently is using cca polaris with DD hifi dac and I'm looking for an upgrade, could you please make a suggestion.
Thanks!
Just FYI, I have sensitive ears.
Please let us know what type of music you listen to as that will help us to suggest you something more appropriate.
I mostly listen to Pop, bollywood, indie, ghazalas, rock and sometimes jazz
Why the reupload guys?
We made a couple improvements and re-uploaded.
@@headphone_zone plz upload a revised 2024 video for iem around 2000
hi there raghav! i mostly listen to alternative rock, a bunch of soul, r&b, dreampop, soundtracks and some hip hop. i personally like music that's not loud, blends in and smooths easily, has a good punchy bass but a very balanced sound stage/signature that hits all the right spots. i also extremely appreciate clarity in the music im listening to, harmonious vocals (always, mids and highs), crisp instrumentals and hitting beats. i'm looking for something that's extremely well balanced and harmonious to listen to, but with also considerably good bass. i'm really, really looking for a great pair of sounding earphones but i've never used iems before, and hence for this purpose, could you please recommend me one?
You should go for the 7HZ x Crinacle - Zero: 2.
Hi Raghav,
My budget is Rs 3000 and I like a little bass, can you please suggest me any IEM
Watch the under-2000 video and pair the chosen headphones with an 20:19 Amp.
You should check out the Blon BL03
Please suggest the best IEM with mic, wide sound stage under 4K...I am not a bass head...
You can go for the Final - E3000.
It seems to be older model/outdated, Is that a concern?
Are IEMs good at outside sound cancellation
If you get a good fit, IEMs offer great passive noise isolation.
How can i hear high resolution sound in my laptop...what type of dac connector i should use...please reply ..its very important to me
There are several DACs available that support Hi-Res Lossless playback. If you could give us your budget, we can recommend something accordingly. As for your other question about connecting the DAC, it depends on what USB port your device supports-most DACs come with a USB-C connector.
😮. I have ordered kz 10x pro 2 .. I don't know if I will like this..
@dulsanglama7412 Let me know who it is once you use it. I am planning to buy one. Never use IEM.

You can pair them with either the Shanling UA1 plus or the iFi Audio- Go Link.
Tell me which one sounds more like sennheiser cx 180.. I'll buy that one
As we've not heard the Sennheiser CX180, we won't really be in a position to suggest something similar.

This list is good, but which earphone would be great if my need is lightning port, wired and durable somewhere around 2000
Sadly, we don't have any earphones with a lightning termination. You will need to pair any of these IEMs with a DAC such as the iFi Audio- Go Link.
I was looking for good type c IEM. Could you please suggest under 2000?
Could you let us know your music preferences?
No specific music preference, but listen to a lot of Indian music. Also I am listening to music on apple music app. I saw many of ur videos about the IEMs. So was interested to buy one. But my budget is under 2k.
You can go for the 7Hz - Salnotes Zero (Type-C Variant).
Gr8, thanks!!
Hi Ragav.. I am someone who bawls over detail. My priority is mostly vocals and instruments. I'm now more into classical carnatic music. I also listen to songs with a little bass to it. Currently i'm using a kz zst x which i bought 1.5 yrs ago. Could you pls recommend me a headphone which will give me maximum clarity in mids with a little bit fun on both bass and treble. I was planning to go with cca pla13 with dac but while checking it out realized that it's meant for more of a bassy punchy kinda listening. My budget is around 4000. Would appreciate it if you could help me with this❤️
You should go for the Tangzu Wan'er S.G. paired with the Headphone Zone X ddHIFI Hi-Res DAC.
Around 10k can you suggest something ? I also have a DAC i had bought from you guys
Could you please let us know your music preferences?
Please provide video for under 2000 (updated list)
