Iraq fire: How widespread is flammable cladding globally?

Iraqi media quoted a civil defence official who said that the exterior of the wedding hall which caught fire on Tuesday was partially constructed with highly flammable cladding. More than 110 people were killed in the fire, reportedly started by fireworks. Mohamed Amer from the International Code Council has more on how widespread this cladding is.

where were the fire sprinklers. Did they have the proper egress ? cladding does not help. Proper sprinklers , egress and alarms , no one should get hurt or die. blaming it on cladding is B.S.
