- In the days and months after the tragic deaths of 72 people in Grenfell Tower - there has been a huge focus on the kinds of materials being used to clad high-rise buildings.
Tests were ordered and many would think the problem had been resolved.
But the images from this weekend of a student accommodation block with flames climbing up the exterior have raised concerns that the lessons haven't been learned.
