I either cook our salmon broiled with soy sauce and maple syrup or in cast iron with steak seasoning, garlic and a squeeze if fresh lemon I cook a lot of Asian food, but never thought of cooking Salmon that why. It looks great and I can almost smell it! I'll have to try it this way, maybe tonight since we are having salmon anyway! Than you!

Ling: Firstly, thank you, as always, for a great presentation. What kind of pan are you using? I can't tell if it's a nonstick cast iron or a nonstick other variety? I like the bottom for searing. If you can disclose the manufacturer, that would be especially helpful. They probably have one on Amazon. I also like your choice of avocado oil. Much healthier and less inflammatory than traditional vegetable oil.
