Supercars in England What I have learned over the past 12 months is that the TH-cam algorithm works in favor of those who regularly post long videos (10+ minutes). So try to make the videos a bit longer sometimes. Furthermore, thumbnails are one of the most important criteria for people to decide whether they are going to click on the video or not. Make it a little clickbaity, but not to much.
