A very great and important skill to have as a streamer. Being good at games is one thing, sure, but being good at talking in order to entertain your viewers while ur gaming is the best.
Marine is the same way, i think shes the best and most entertaining in terms of just chatting streams in the holojp branch.

Yeah it’s definitely Vesper’s thing. I remember Altare mentioning that he’ll try to schedule one zatsu stream a week and then Vesper streams right after and immediately says “It’s been a while since my last zatsu” when it’s only been 3 days

I like to think this was Ollie's attempt to relate to Vesper because of the plastic ball thing but it just ended up being weirder than his story. Despite that, it was still a rousing success in terms of getting closer to her kouhais, though.

Ya know, Vesper was on the money with his bicycle answer to Ollie's question, I'd say that's definitely a crush on an inanimate object, I think most cyclists would agree. it's just Ollie's answer ... That wasn't just a crush on the TV remote, that was freaking love. Lol
And I was just thinking "well, it's already touching in the right place", but then I remembered that the stream isn't just that seison't despite them talking about dating TV remotes and sticking Ollie's sides to the stratosphere.

I’m laughing at the fact they weren’t even laughing at the question. They were trying to seriously answer it. Didn’t judge or nothing.
I mean, Vesper being the cyclist he is had his answer down pat, and Magni was just trying to figure out to what extent she meant but its sweet of them to answer her truthfully.

@@m3myselfn1 I’m an amateur writer, I was working on my first story and had it saved on a Flash Drive. I loved that Flash Drive. I had it sitting on the kitchen bar counter for some reason and my sisters dog jumps up and accidentally pushes it into the garbage disposal. I didn’t know what had happened until I turned on the disposal, and heard the sound of plastic running against spinning blades. I eventually pulled it out and I felt like I lost a family member. My hope and dreams were on that thing.
Vesper sounds like a really good conversationalist:
- Ollie throwing him one of the oddest ball out there 😄
- doesn't back out, or do a one-liner joke out of it, and genuinely find the right angle for it
- prompts Magni, to not leave him out of the dynamic, rephrasing the question to assist
- when it goes south and Mag mentions "on stream" limits, Vespi gently takes back the helm and offer to go first
- sits the topic on a safer, more personal ground, with a funny personal anecdote with the family
- thus allowing Magni to deliver his own answer, with Vespi joking around about the doxing bit to spice it up
- finally, give it time then send the tennis ball back to Ollie, who proceeds to unfold the remote story, with Vespie contextualizing it with the age range and how it was about cartoons and such, keeping it safe and relatable
- when Ollie dead-pan delivers the remote dinner date, Vespi uses all his energy to hold it together and gauge the situation, looking for a lead somewhere, anywhere, even if he ends up flabbergasted
All that while playing Apex, so that's a pretty impressive performance.
Looking at the whole thing, during that stream he had to juggle between the straight-man comedian Magni and the genki Ollie, morphing into the sussy baka that teases the seiso idol while leaving room for the jester, to get the synergy going.
If you compare this with his golf collab with Calli, he's miles away from this stance: he's really a flexible mediator, able to change quite significantly depending on the situation and people.

I get Magni’s attachment to the blanket. I have a pillow set that I’ve used since I was super young and I still use them now.
…on the more intense side, I do have a relationship with my current car (a 2005 Acura MDX Generation 1). Previously my mother’s, lent to my father when I was still taking driving courses for use as a cargo carrier and spare car, now she’s mine.
I’m willing to admit straight up that my conversations with that dinged up vehicle have crossed into romantic and sexual territory and I still love her. There’s a lot of sentimental value in her given I’ve been a passenger since I was a literal toddler.
As a Plushie Kid, I feel this on a spiritual level. My plushies were FAMILY bro. And I had a LOT of plushies.
My desk and room have always been awfully cluttered, so when I started investing in boxes and bins for storing things, it made me a little happier. There's one normal, transparent plastic box in particular that lives in my closet that absorbed a ton of stuff that I was so hyped about for like a solid week. Guess that counts.
