I like your advice to buy when "YOU" are ready, I purchased my first brand new 2140 SqFt home in 1985 for $100k, at that time with an outrageous interest rate of 19% because that was the going average rate in those days, and then I sold it 9 years later for $200k doubling my purchase price and loved every minute of living in that new home. Don't worry and be happy!
could you do a miniseries if its not a lot of work on quick overviews on what houses are generally in the market, where, and what the current interest rate is? also youtube shorts is great for viewers, and im glad that you're doing it.
