Our new TH-cam video showcases a stunning two-story loft-style apartment. The tour takes you through the open-concept living space featuring high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The open staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find the bedroom and a separate bathroom. The bedroom has a cozy and inviting feel, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a walk-in closet. This apartment truly exemplifies urban living at its finest.

Very beautiful. Although more aesthetically pleasing without one, I would place a transparent balustrade on the staircase for safety reasons. The platform underneath the staircase was a brilliant idea. It is gorgeous and functional, and the drawers add to its functionality. The big and semi-round windows are awesomely breath taking. The bathroom is beautiful. The semi-transparent upper cabinets in the kitchen are gorgeous as well. Also a great idea in having tall doors. Kudos to the designers of this loft

Вид из окна кошмарный, впускать такое уродство в помещение - самоубийство. По этому несмотря на отличный ремонт, проект очень неудачный, так как такой проект в таком месте подходит как к корове седло.
ПАНОРАМНОЕ ОСТЕКЛЕНИЕ - допустимо только в случае КРАСИВОГО ПЕЙЗАЖА или ВИДА ИЗ ОКНА! Если вида - нет, окно нужно закрывать: жалюзи, тюль - да что угодно, чтобы закрыть то что за окном, впуская свет. А тут ремонт великолепен, а целое ни до чего.
That loft apartment is excellent, but it's a bummer that they present unreal apartments. It seems that they are only for showing off and not for living; there are no dirty dishes, no drop clothes from someone who lives and walks there, and it is not noticeable that someone lives there because it is clean! No man/woman, whatever his gender, could not maintain such an apartment in perfection: be real!
You saying you want them to dirty some dishes or something? 😂
If I were showing my apartment on TH-cam or other social media, I certainly would wash up in the kitchen, hide away my laundry and do the general cleaning before getting it filmed, dude. People who lived in these kind of aparments probably could afford cleaning staff. It's as real as anything, mate.

DUDE I just LOVE the hustle and bustle of the big city, it’s so DYNAMIC and makes me feel like i’m in one of my favourite TV SHOWS. You should totally come on down to my studio apartment, it’s got EXPOSED RED BRICK walls and everything, we can crack open a nice hoppy ipa or three and get crazy watching some cartoons on adult swim! and dude, dude, DUDE, we have GOTTA go down to the barcade- listen here, right, it’s a BAR where us ADULTS who do ADULTING can go DRINK. BUT!!!! it’s also an ARCADE like when we were kids, so we can play awesome VIDEO GAMES, without dumb kids bothering us. speaking of which megan and i have finally decided to tie the knot- literally -we’re both getting snipped tomorrow at the hospital, that way we can save money to spent more on ourselves and our FURBABIES. i’m fuckin JACKED man, i’m gonna SLAM this craft beer and pop open another one!!!
