What i miss is the insolation and off grid provabilities? In how far is a passive house adjustment possible? Solar energy? Thermal mass? Using orientation to get zero net emissions kind of 🏡?

Beautiful house for older invalid person like me in Europe.
Love the house, I would get rid of the mud room / entry and have a cold plunge room linked to the sauna.
A little to institutional. I would of liked a small sunlite courtyard in the center to open the house up a bit more. And a small second story to add a bit more interest. But still quite nice. Beautiful appointments here.

I’ve looked at a lot of layouts and your house and layout in this example is what I would like to build for my own in the very near future.I like your presentation and hopefully we will get in touch.
This is a beautiful merging of modern minimalist design in a natural setting!! How would you be able to do this on a sloped piece of land? I have 4 acres in a forest in West Virginia and have designs for a minimalist cabin. However. the builders don't quite understand what I'm trying to do. You guys get it.
