I can't get enough of these "Cost" videos. A guilty pleasure and absolutely brilliant. I also love your unabashed love and description of the drinks...and this comes from somebody who has rarely drank alcohol. You are so right abuut opting for a standard room. When I'm traveling alone, I much prefer a standard room with two beds...the second to place items on. When I've been given comp upgrades to a suite, I never use the living room.
The water thing; I always use an empty bottle with water filter attached to it (you can buy one at some high-end stores), that turns tap water into clean filtered water in a minute or two 🤔
TI is still up on my list because of their comp offers with no resort fees. It's in a convenient location that works as a good launching pad to explore. I would definitely suggest joining their players club if you plan on gambling a little and hitting up Vegas for future visits.
I stayed at Treasure Island a few years ago. One of the things that I loved was how close the elevators were to the entrance. Made a big difference. Mr. Coolist was spot-on in his beautifully crafted travelogue.
Looking forward to your next video and excited to see where you stay next. I was in Vegas last weekend and was hope I would see you out. I ate at the kitchens at commons, park on fremont, maxies, mott 32, hash house a go go and yard bird. Partied at Paris, Drai's and explored area 15 and had surprisingly really good drinks there
@@Coolist I sent you some pix on Instagram of the places I went too. Try to stop by a restaurant /bar at area 15 called the beast. It's your type of place because the food and drinks are interesting
I am loving your vlogs. Looking for a hotel for a stay in October and use your advice and pass on T.I. Going to book that gorgeous scenic room at the Delano. Do you have a top 3 lounges/speciality cocktails you can recommend? Can't wait to see your next vlog.
In future videos would you consider showing a breakdown of your total by Drinks, Dining, Room and maybe Gambling (Losses) along with the overall Grand Total? Thanks
I would only stay in a suite going not just here but anywhere cuz I hate that feeling of being closed in when you book a room that's 300sq. This suite would be on my winter time casino list. I place all the casino's on that list that have terrible pools but nice rooms and locations like bally's, the linq, and harrahs for example. Food options are important and it's nice that ti has one good place to go to inside. My next stay will be at Luxor and that's an issue looking at menu's I don't see anything exciting but I'm still going to book a stay and try to eat at the best option inside. With the monorail back up and running location doesn't bother me anymore
James when ever you book a suit just ask if they will waive the resort fees. I have found that they usually waive 2 of 3 nights. Dude I am really liking your vlogs I should be moderating somebody's Las Vegas Live stream right now but I would rather see your vlogs.
Nice room but for a few hundred more and better food and drinks, pool, etc, I'm pretty sure some of your other rooms in Vegas would be better money spent.
you should tell them when the food is just awful. Otherwise, they just go on thinking there food is good. Im sorry but i always speak up. If i feel embarrassed i will call the manager when i get home. this way your not charged either.@coolist i just wish i knew what it cost for a regular king sz bed room. i do know yor room is #1 to you just like the pool is to me.
The reason I don't usually complain is that complaining isn't going to magically improve the cut/quality of meat, or enhance a chef's skills. A random or roque bad dish is one thing, but a categorically bad restaurant is another.
@@AcostaN949 yes i agree w/you. although, how will things improve if they dont know? this is why i call the manager privatly after to not make a scene. im old now i dont care
@@Coolist i feel like a qualified cook knows when he is cooking a old steak. he sees and smells it before cooking it. i would know if i was serving fresh or week old steak

Even if you don't like alcohol, the drinks are very artful and aesthetically pleasing.
@@Coolist Because of your great content, the next time I'm in Las Vegas, I'll be imbibing.
Taking home a bag full of spa toiletry products cracked me up! I do the same.
Really enjoy your videos, you keep it 💯% real!

Phil's needs to step their game up! The Seafood Shack looked amazing though! It's on my to go list now!
I would undoubtedly go back to seafood shack, even if it wasn't staying at TI

I would go back. Again, I would just need a specific reason or strategy for staying there.

Winter casino list... I'm going to actually use that. Maybe I'll do Linq, Harrahs, maybe strat.

Nice shirt bro
Thanks 🤙🏻
I really like your videos. I'm a new subscriber. Going to Las Vegas in November. You said you don't gamble too much anymore but you get comps?
No comps - I pay out of pocket for everything. Welcome to the channel ;)
I called and they said this is the luxury suite... it was 2000+ for 4 nights.
What room number was yours?
What specifically was your beef with the pool????
I want that Cowboy Burger.
It was 🔥

FYI...Oleksandra is named after Phil Ruffin's wife
That's a great tidbit 👌🏻
You’re right why you pay so much money if you’re not gonna be in the room
he does alot of work there editing the videos. you know going threw a bunch of receipts to make these videos. he likes a large space i heard him say.
That's true. And also I like to discover and experience different rooms.
