Nice
🤣 I loved the "this one is for import...this one is for export" comment.
bro promised he wouldnt be talking about all tech and immediately delivered
Samsonsite bought Tumi, warranty process and quality has taken a major hit. Pre acquisition items are great, love my Tumi backpack as well.
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
I would rock a waterproof fanny pack wonder if they make them lol
Thanks James for this, some of the items I did not even think off when travelling eg Carbon Monoxide. One thing I would ask for you to consider is use reef safe sunscreen instead of the traditional ones which destroys our reefs and fish in the ocean. Even add a rash guard to protect your skin from the sun and save on using sunscreen from time to time. Cheers
That’s a sunscreen myth. There’s ZERO evidence of sunscreen damaging coral reefs
Great list! Glad to see you promoting sunscreen. And dig the Tumi backpack. Had mine for years. One of the best purchases ever.
When you going back to Live Aqua Canun to give it a final score??
Hey James, would you be able to provide us with the exact make and model of that portable router? Would be much appreciated. 👍
Great list James! Always coming thru with the impeccable information!!! 🙌🏽
Thanks for running through the items. You had a couple of key items that I don't generally think of. I will now!!
Nice “Cool List”
James when are you heading back to Vegas and review the Fontainebleau can't wait
I can't find the link for carbon monoxide detector. Thank you!
Ooooooooohhh, I'm looking into the premium sunblock you recommended as that sounds right up my alley! 😊
I unequivocally agree on the carbon monoxide detector! I always keep one in my luggage no matter what for the exact reason you stated! 🙂
One thing you didn't mention but I'm a huge proponent of are electrolyte replenishers. My personal favorite right now is Primal Hydration because not only does it actually taste good in a way the vast majority do not, but has coconut water powder and beet root juice which gives it some additional performance and recovery benefits. I always pack a supply with me because often supermarkets have mediocre-at-best options in stock that offer the bare minimum or worse are sweetened with Sucralose or what not.
Do you use compressible packing cubes out of curiosity? I do and they've been a game-changer ever since I first discovered them: where I'm packing probably 50-60% more than I would have been able to do otherwise each trip. 😇
Imodium saved my life when i stayed at riu república 😂
Good tips! I would add Ziplock bags. I can never have enough ziplock bags when traveling. Also the coconut oil is very good. It helped me pass a covid test a couple years back ! 😇
I am always looking forward to your content
Can anyone share the link for the CO2 detector? I don’t see it in his list
I don’t see the carbon monoxide tester link
Congrats on 90K subs. Soon to be 100K!
I would add to always carry a couple of Benadryl, even if you don’t usually have allergies. It could help someone else. I shared it once with someone who had newly-diagnosed food allergies, who was unaware of an allergen in something she ate.
Links please! Great list!!!
Hi James 👋
I really appreciate you bringing up the carbon monoxide issue.
I wasn't even aware of it!!
I will purchase one before I head back to Playa Del Carmen in November.
I carry a cool backpack that can be folded up and attached to my belt. It's great for when I go out shopping as I can unfold it to carry any souvenirs or items that I purchase.
Thank you for taking the time to create such informative and entertaining content.
I always enjoy your work. 😎👍
@coolist Awesome list. We stan a man that uses sunscreen! Consumer Reports rated Trader Joe's aerosol sunscreen very highly and it's very affordable so I like to pick that up.
Hope you liked the Miso chicken at Intercontinental 😊
The tumbler..... a sign of an all-inclusive pro!
I like to moisturize my palm with coconut oil… life saver
Historic.
What you really need is a rideable suitcase 😊
Lots of helpful information! Thank you 😎
You are sharing vital info as I know from experience and thus I share a lot of your travel hacks in my frequent travels. My Tumi backpack was way with the expense. Air tags in all bags are an absolute must as they have saved me lots of frustration even letting me know to not even bother waiting at the luggage carousel but immediately going to baggage assistance. I’ve found the baggage personnel actually like the fact I have an AirTag as it helps them in their search. I’ll be adding the CO detector to my travels, great advice.
Question, do you carry the CO detector in your carry on? It’s allowed through security?
Every Indian have that coconut oil , parachute is the best, I have the bottle since ages
Thanks for recommending the sun protection product!! I tried the eltamd uv clear and it is really the best one I have ever used compared to those from La Mer
Hi Man, could you do vacation workout video? You can add a lot of followers if it’s good from a different audience
James
Link?
Always interested to see what a fellow traveler carries. Great list and a reminder to me finally get a Carbon monoxide travel detector. Thanks
I would be curious to see what exercises you do with that band. What is your workout regimen when you travel?
I just looked up the CO2 deaths and injuries holy sh*t!
😎 God bless you bro thank you for sharing. Stay safe
It seems like you have to check your bag for some of the items on this list.
Awesome tips and great video keep it coming
Super helpful. Thanks!
Silverware- smart idea
When are you coming to las Vegas?
Get back to Vegas please!
This was one weird video. Wow!
🐾
Go to Encore Boston
Awesome video!
Wheres the TP?
Another great video! Thank you 😎
Having been watching lots of your vids and researching all the inclusive resorts in the Punta Cana area. Really need to know, why are so many people getting food poisoning? Do I need to bring a food thermometer on vacation there? Is it not paying close enough attention to getting the tap water in your mouth? If you have some insider info, that would be excellent.
Just got back from getting married in Punta Cana a few weeks back and ended up sick as well. One thing to possibly look out for is the ice in your drinks, which could have contaminated water. That’s what I suspect made me sick.
I was in DR Aug 2024 and Sept 2024. Stayed at 3 resorts during both trips. I carried and took a Pepto pill before, during and after my vacation and was completely fine. Try it next time
@@yaahooyoungin1 Oh No! Dang, thought the ice was only from filtered sources…
@@yaahooyoungin1 All ice and water is filtered. Just don't use the faucet water in your room. It could be the alcohol juices or coconut water / cream.
@@MD-px4tg It is.
Great video! Man you just emptied out my bag ,lol I was on the fence about the Router but man Sold! I had always wondered if it makes a difference. Thanks.

Two friends of mine died in a hotel room in southern Europe from carbon monoxide poisoning. Their boiler was dodgy and leaked in the middle of the night. Everyone should take a CO detector and make sure the batteries are new, not old. I always take a piggy bank too. I stash it in the hotel safe at night and take half out with me in the day. I always take a good rucksack too and take it on the plane packed with 2 sets of clothese in case my luggage gets lost
Definitely pack Imodium, even when not traveling (gastroparesis)
Just found your channel and am now a subscriber! I've watched a lot of travel vloggers talk about things to pack, but you gave the best, most unique list ever.
This is a great list and a reminder I need another carbon monoxide detector. Also, please take a look at the labels. I can't do Petrol Bismol I am allergic to ASA (Asprin) and my hubby is a diabetic. I will try the charcoal pills.
Some of my essentials are: over the door hooks for the bathroom/ a travel kettle/ flashlight/ small bag that folds into itself
I’m definitely adding a few items from your list!
I never used sunscreen because I hated the slimy film. Thanks for showing options that doesn’t have this problem or is less pronounced. Excited to try them out!
I've been watching you for awhile and you were the cause for us to visit Live Aqua in the DR. We had a great time; thank you!! I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm 74 years old and lost my Dad 30 years ago and still think of him every day, as he is with me. I was mentally in the same place you are now. Your Dad is within you and you take him wherever you go. I know you won't leave him behind. When you go uphill you have to give it the gas and I know you will. My wife and I look forward to your travels of the world. Know we will be watching and at our age you give us insight as to what to expect. We are seasoned travelers and still learn from you. God Bless you
Love it!
Someone told me aloe is a natural sunscreen. So I’m wondering if you apply aloe first and then coconut oil if it would help prevent sunburn.., 🤔
I saw you in ponta cana Riu bambu 3 or 4 days ago hope you upload the video shortly i may be in video with my kids😊
I use many of these myself and picked up a few new ones here. Don't forget the wipes! Thanks!
I use the snow tooth light with the gel. I get compliments on my teeth color all the time. Try looking for those sunscreens at Sam's or Costco - sams you can use someone else's membership
Duck tape Rope and zip ties seems overkill to travel with it😅
I would never travel without a nightlight. Learned that at great wolf lodge. It was so dark in the room.
D you prefer excellence or majestic mirage?
Such an important, life saving travel cool list of necessities for Travel! Thanks James
James, why do you need to work out when you carry so much gear? 😂
Very helpful video. Thank you!
Hi James, It was a pleasure meet you at the Riu Party, thanks to your videos i went to the Riu republica last year, and to the Bambu this June, i wish you much success,
How was the Bambu compared to the republica
I'm going to keep writing the same request on your videos - hopefully one day you'll do it... please do some videos about Dubai. Coolist +Dubai=Gold! 💫
66 comments for that video, damn u made it.. meet u the other day at 7 in the Riu hotel, u told me to stay there instead of Riu republica!
Good luck, I’m sure u will have a bright future with ur videos!
