Pakistan Dubar and India Gate Both have same amazing basmati like flavour And Colour and slightly different in texture Only. Both are great amazing for Biryanis, and Pulao Dishes. But India Gate is also suitable for tossing, stir fry type dishes. While, Pakistani dubar is little frail, and looses texture when tossed.
