Sir on my I 130, the box for Priority date is blank, I don't know my priority date, how will I find the date in order to check the status for my F4 visa application ?
Thanks for the explanation. Most of us evaluating downgrading to EB3 and filing now. Do you have any recommendations for us? Specifically if we downgrade, get EAD and then the dates goes back will we face any issues at the time of renewal after a few years? Will we lose EADs in that case? Is it just easier or safer to be on EB2?

Well, it possible, not a common situation though. The situation would be when more people are stuck in the same time frames for Final Action dates and there is sudden flood of applications. Usually, both of these dates are forecasts and things can go wrong few times...

How do I find my date of filing date? I know my priority date, but as per your explanation, date of filing date is different from your priority date.
Please watch it again, that is not what is explained. It is suggested by USCIS for when to file.
