How do you get the loot luck? Should I wait on facing her if I only have tear 2 armor and weapons? I'm hesitant on upgrading because I don't want to regret upgrading the wrong thing.
You won’t regret it, you can just throw them away when you get tier 3 because you get an infinite recipe for the marble and quartzite
