    Tried the recipe and it was amazing!! The pastry cream was fabulous!! I didn't have the vanilla bean paste so I used vanilla extract instead and added it just before pouring the cream through the strainer! Thanks for sharing the recipe :D

    Now I know why my pastry cream filling ended up grainy 2 weeks ago! The sugar granulated with the egg yolks. It still ended up alright in the end as I put it through a blender, but who wants to add an extra, unnecessary step? Thanks for the tip Anna🥰

    Hi, the recipe is really good, thank you for sharing! There is one little thing tho, the tart crust is too crumbly and break into pieces after baking. What can i do to fix it? I did measure the ingredients accurately.

      hira waheed it says in her description that you can make the tart base and cream a day before but you should assemble it a few hours before serving. Hope I helped!

    I don't know what I did wrong, but my custard was a tad too watery (doesn't hold its shape when biting into the tart as it flows out). Taste wise I think is fine, although a bit too milky for my liking and not as sweet. I'm gonna make this again, adding lesser milk and more sugar! Thanks for the recipe :)

    It’s better to use grams or ounces than cups and spoons , it’s not accurate when it comes to the pastry like cornstarch and much more ... I like all ur videos except the measurements
