- Messi on Pace To BREAK MLS Records! Inter Miami Seems Unstoppable. Messi is on pace to break Carlos Vela's goal contribution record set in 2019 with LAFC. Luis Suarez Can't stop scoring either and has 10 goals this season! I brought Dani of @ThisIsFutbolPodcast on to discuss Inter Miami's success this season.

Can anyone stop Messi and Inter Miami?
Bring Ronaldo into the league, and mayyyyybe they can be stopped 😅
Only injuries can stop this train.
The only teams that I see could possibly, would be LAFC if they sign Giroud, Griezmann and a defender, or maybe Modric, but having the three Frenchmen uptop wouldd be an impressive MLS team. Columbus and Cincinnati are pretty complete teams, but each need another attacker, especially Cincinnati.
@@rockpaperchainsaw5274Nah bro, Ronaldo ghosted against Al Akhoud only scores a tap in, Messi rn is so much better then Ronaldo but he's 2 years younger
@@michaelpeli2429Yeah Columbus is By far the best team Beside Inter Miami and they will have a very good match, if Messi, Suarez, Busquets, Redondo, Cremaschi and Rojas play they are UNSTOPPABLE

Messi got me to subscribe to the season pass, but I'm loving some of the other teams tbh. Acosta's Cincinnati FC is looking good, and I'm enjoying finding some pretty good players that deserve some more respect despite their teams not being too hot rn (Forsberg, that 6-1 was not your fault)
The problem with Mls media and fans. Understand Messi is not normal. Don't judge him by normal standards. He's absolutely crushed the best players in tbe toughest leagues. Him being 36 should be a non factor.if he wants the records, trust us who have been watching his magic our entire lives. He'll take any record he wants. Keyword is WANT.
He’s the 🐐 for sure
Messi goat
We are experiencing an historic time. It is very special to have the GOAT.
👍 good job brother
Thank you my friend!
If Miami just get a commander at the back, i like Aviles but he just needs an experienced leader with him, a Silva or a Ramos would be perfect, whatever they're lacking in athleticism they'll make up for in leadership...the one Miami doesn't get Orlando should, I'd love to see Orlando get some stars in, that Florida Derby would be amazing
I’ve never seen 5 assists in any game ever.
It’s never been done before

Los Angeles is a beautiful city
I think Campana is more likely gone than Taylor, because of Taylor's friendly wage. Plus Kryvtov will be replaced, then one of the young guys will be sold off, likely Gomez for the extra 1.5 million GAM. This would free up 1 million in cap space, provide new GAM, and international roster spots. One of the old Madrid defenders would have to take a TAM wage though.
tbh I think both of them will be gone this summer.
I think the MLS is turning a blind eye to Miami spending to build up the league.
@Ask-a-Rocket-Scientist It's possible, but they did unload all of their high payroll players this spring, outside of Campana and the Barca boys. Plus, they got GAM money for trading Miller to Portland. With the Messi friends discounts, the numbers seem to work if they are real. One advantage MLS needs to take advantage of is the extra sponsorship deals players can make here, kind of how college sports work.
@@michaelpeli2429 I think MLS is making so much money from the Messi effect they will allow them to do whatever they want. It’s win-win. I expect the rules to change shortly to allow more DPs.
Solana!
You think they’re scary now, wait until they bring in Neymar and possibly Zidane next season lol.
Zidane isn’t coming lol
No surprise Messi is having success The MLS is equivalent to AA minor league baseball compared to the European soccer leagues
This is what happens when you put one of the greats in our shitty league. Let’s be real. This team would be waaaay better if they had actual defenders and I would argue a keeper.
It’s a testament to how good he is and also how crap our teams are 😂
They are getting either nacho or Ramos and a good gk as well
Last year MVP STATS
ACOSTA
GAMES. GOALS ASSISTS
33. 19. 17
MESSI
GAMES. GOALS. ASSISTS
9. 11. 12
😂😂
Is that for? Because that’s crazzzyyy
Inter Miami's backline is terrible and their goalkeeper is mid. They have given up easy goals, even by the low standards of the MLS. Inter Miami can be beaten. Messi, however, a decade past his physical prime, is still, at all times, several levels above any opponent in this league.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Callender be replaced this summer
