- There are a lot of European stars who could be coming to MLS this summer! Antoine Griezmann, Robert Lewandowski, Kevin De Bruyne etc. I brought on my friend Favian Renkel to talk about who could actually come over to the U.S. out of these players who have been linked with moves to MLS.

Which player do you want to come to MLS this summer?
Being someone that also liked following Ajax I think seeing Tadic coming over would be pretty cool. He’s been getting double digit goals and assists the past 5-6 seasons. Not the biggest name but definitely a really good player
I could see a smaller market team going for him!
Would be good for chicago
Could definitely see Di Maria at LAFC as well, they have an open DP slot so there wouldn’t even be any roster maneuvering to do.
I think there is a good chance now that he isn’t going to Rosario
Di Maria could play his more natural right side too that Messi is taking at Miami. I would still like to see Griezmann at LAFC and DiMaria at Miami though. MLS needs more teams to challenge Miami.
@@michaelpeli2429 We shall see if that happens. This summer is going to be very very entertaining.
Can definitely see KdB come to MLS in 2025
Maybe sooner!
Or 2026?
@@trevorthwing3506 nah. if he is coming it will be sooner than that.
There’s also the possibility of Neymar going to Orlando and having his own version of Messi & friends with the Brazilian influence in the city. It’s looking like the next few years are going to be crazy for MLS
That could happen if he can get out of his Al-Hilal deal but I think he would likely go to another club in MLS or back to Santos
Sergio Ramos doesn’t want to go to SDFC because he wants a bigger market, but he’ll go to charlotte? Lol you guys have no respect for San Diego. 8th biggest city in AMERICA!
I never said he would go to Charlotte. I think it’s LA Miami or SD
@@MLSMoveshe'll get more attention in sd,
@@brando7266 Sergio Ramos?
@@MLSMoves San Diego, the city will only have two professional teams, less competition
Really wish the Union would give in and go for some big names like these.
Great video guys!
Thank you for watching! Maybe they will some day but they have built their team differently
Can’t wait to see who comes over this summer! I hope Griezmann comes 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
I think he could! Would be massive for MLS!
Hope so too 🤙🤙🤙🤙
I'd love to see Orlando get a few stars, like Thiago Silva, etc, that Florida derby would be fire
I think they need to target someone for sure! Who would you want?
Like I said Thiago Silva comes to mind, ideally Neymar but that probably wouldn't be possible right now, but maybe Benzema (another apparently miserable in Saudi) would be a good signing, I hope MLS gets a few more stars this summer
Thiago Silva is joining Fluminense but Neymar would be awesome for them!
@@c200065524 I didn't know Silva agreed a deal with Fluminense, but yeah just a few stars to go up against Inter Miami, make it a massive in-state rivalry
@@c200065524 Silva would have been nice!
"Going to be a great summer for MLS"
I hope so!
And people complain about "the calendar"
A name I didn't hear come up, Benzema. Or is that totally unrealistic?
I don’t think that’s going to happen. LAFC was a real possibility but they signed Giroud
Making good Moves man. Somebody loke Lewandoski is desperately needed in Chicago. I don't want Ramos in Charlotte.
I just hope these guys come here tbh
As a new soccer fan, this is potentially a exciting summer for MLS. LAFC needs to sign one of Griezmann, DiMaria or Modric and a defender on a TAM deal. Griezmann with the French connection, or DiMaria top right, or Modric wherever but I could see him running the midfield like their version of Puig.
The Sounders need a lot, a LOT of help before they go into the club world cup next year, which would be nice for them to sign Lewandowski, plus more big signings, and fill that huge stadium again. It would be interesting though to see him go to a midmarket team like Cincinnati that just need a little more fire power to be a real contender. Chicago needs excitement and have a huge stadium to fill, but I don't trust that organization right now to waste a player like him.
Biggest summer in MLS history. Should be this way for awhile
Reus KDB Modric and Lewa the types of names mls needs
More than just Messi would help!
Lewandowski would be cool for Chicago, but I think that they need someone younger like a Bruno Petcovic or even Modric to replace Shaqiri since his contact is up and I don't think they'll re-sign him.
He would be a home run signing for Chicago!
Revs need to make a move
They need all the help they can get!

@@davidday2373 That's coming
Neymar to LA Galaxy
He’s someone who could come if he can get out of his Al-Hilal deal
I think he's locked into Inter Miami next year to help with the transition of filling the Messi retirement void.
I would sell my left kidney for the Rapids to sign Marco Reus. I’m a HUGE Dortmund fan, I would love seeing him be a burgundy boy! Will it happen, no, because rapids. But I can dream!!🥲🥲🥲
If they are will to pay who knows?
why do u still keep mentioning kdb and griezmann when they’re still at top of their games and griezmann is close to renewing his contract aswell
Because they love the United States and if they want to come now Atletico and Man City won’t stop them.
Kdb has had injury issues and said the long european schedule is burning him out. And he has nothing else to prove there. MLS could possibly ease that load a little. Granted, MLS has it's own challenges like long travel, extreme weather, elevation, etc, but...
@@MLSMoves why would they go now when neither of them have declined and are still considered to be one the best players in the world?
@@YungDan-ib2yf because they want to come to America.
Splash moves for the retirement league! End their careers in an easy league to build their brand.... yet Americans are claiming the MLS is superior to the top 8 leagues in Europe?
If they are still good I don’t care what their age is.
Why? So, you'd rather the MLS give spots to aging superstars than attempt to get more exposure for young American players? When a 34 year old can come in an EASILY dominate a league, what does that say to the world?
@@CoachSeanUTThere are a lot of good young players in MLS
