Your channel is focused on beginners. Music is time and a count. Not down and ups.. beginners need to know that.. 1 2& &4&... Whole Notes, Half Notes, Quarter Notes, Eighth Notes, 16th Notes etc... should be taught in the beginning.. understanding note value can take the mystery out of what one hears in a piece of music...and timing. 3/4 4/4 6/8 etc..
