My 2011 CX-7 mirror glass is not broken and they adjust fine with the power switch, however they constantly jiggle/vibrant when driving at highway speed. Would replacing the mirror glass solve this issue?

I suggest you take the glass off to inspect the connection joints before buying a new glass. Don't buy a new part until you find the issue. Cheers.
