I just recently spent 6 weeks feeling so fatigued, rundown and just overall felt horrible. After 4 weeks I finally went to the doctor. She examined me and said "it's just allergies. Pick your favorite allergy medicine and ride it out." I explained to her that I have had allergy and sinus issues since I was young and have never felt like that before due to allergies. I continued to feel horrible and one night I was watching TH-cam and ran across a video similar to this that had the majority of my symptoms listed. Low salt. I started using salt and have felt completely new compared to how I had felt for the previous 6 weeks. I'm about to lose hope in doctors.

You are describing my mother... Poor dear didn't make the century because she believed in "God the Doctor". COPD, diabetes...
Low sodium diet, restricted liquids, meds and more meds and insulin shots (which might have been avoided if the nursing home had offered a low carb diet instead of one centered around starch based proteins and unlimited sugar access). She craved salt and denied it. I found out why.
I took her out to lunch (so to speak) one Mother's Day. She chose the restaurant and ordered a "fish fillet" sandwich with fries (didn't finish either) and a soda. Loved it! By the time we got back to the nursing home her ankles had swollen to the point that when she bumped on on the edge of her bed the skin split and oozed clear fluid.
It was a slow spiral downhill from there. I could see the imbalance in her system was not going to be addressed. That low salt diet had been ongoing since I was an adolescent and she had high blood pressure. She took the diuretics and avoided salt, lived on that damned low protein diet (to protect her kidneys!) and spent the last years of her life being wheeled about in a wheelchair, too weak to walk.
I am working overtime to make sure this is not going to happen to me.
Thanks for the thumbs up on Salt. I've always salted heavily and don't mind supplementing with potassium to balance it.

True like wine not pasteurized is the blood of Christ with the probiotic dormant but still alive. The ballence of wine probiotic is against the alcohol content by persentage naturally. When alcohol content is tampered with and wine not pasteurized it turns into vinigar.
Your body perduced a pint of spirit alcohol to 2 pints of spirit alcohol a day to ballence against the lrobiotics in your blood. And this is what Jesus said is life in you by comminunion.
But when you destroy that by pasteurization of all wine and beer in the United States it's dead, dead wine no life in it..!
Same thing with milk.. if the morons could just understand pasteurize it to keep it on the Shelf put the acidophilus back in it before drinking. And do that somehow with the opening of a carton of milk or a bottle of milk or a bottle of wine or a can of beer or a bottle of beer. The person that figures this out and markets it will be the next billionaire in the health field..!
SO WHAT DOES THE alcohol besides balance the probiotic dormant..?
I ask God this question and he told me. " The alcohol is it Delivery Agent of the dormant probiotics two critical organs, upon breathing the alcohol off to the lungs those dormant probiotics come to live in critical organs and heal them"

There's no such thing as separation. Most of everything we've been taught is illusionary. We are all one and are all connected at the same time. Isn't that beautiful?

On topic, God compares His followers to the savory ness of salt, and if we have lost that savor, we are no longer a good witness for Him. We would be bland and tasteless. We need salt.

Table salt and sea salt metabolize differently in the body. In nature, salt exists with a combination of other trace minerals which changes the way your body processes it. You can likely be more generous with se salt for this reason. Minerals conduct electricity through our nerves of the body to help us feel energized. Try using pink Himalayan salt without any additives. Read the ingredients and make sure there are no extra ingredients. Celtic Sea Salt is also good. The flavor is slightly different. Whatever sea salt you choose, make sure it has no other additives.

I have bought pink Himalayan salt for ages now. I recently bought Redmond Real Salt . I read it had lots of minerals.
NOT all salts are the same and most health professionals ignore that fact.
It’s also interesting that the Japanese and Chinese have the highest salt intakes in the world yet have the lowest body weights.
I put a 2 tsps of Redmond’s salt in a glass and a half of water in a large jar l-stir it up and cover it and in the morning
the salt has dissolved and I drink about 1/4 cup of it…throughout the day.
I’m going to keep doing this as they say drinking some salt water each day is good for us. NOT a lot. But a little. I am feeling better since I began this over a week ago.

I have always thought that the reason why the Romans considered salt as important as to use is as legal tender was:
    1) They knew how crucial salt was for life
    2) They needed it to ferment the vegetables after the harvest that would get them through the winter.
They literally couldn't live without it.

I stopped having salt as much as I could because my father-in-law consumed loads of salt in every meal. I believed the implication that very little to no salt is better. Yes, it has had me feeling weak. My spinal injury is enough of a nuisance without making myself weaker because of salt deficiency (I wish there was a ‘facepalm’ emoji lol). Since going keto and taking vitamin D3,K2, Magnesium,Zinc bile salts and ACV, I have regained some strength and am less tired. The thing that angers me is, I was never told about any of these things by the doctors of the NHS in whom we have placed our trust decade after decade. Now, though, I am listening to the doctors like Doctor Berg.

It was like an energy drink, no joking! I realized on a keto diet I controlled what went into all my meals, none of which was salt. I DID salt everything...however, as Doc mentioned, I was no longer getting the extras salts from prepackaged food. Ate huge veggie salads, some raw and others sautéed. Accidentally lost 45 lbs with out trying.(LOL)
Forward to June 2021.......my body feels drained, super fatigued! Pushing my self to just prepare a meal.
This am ended a 36 hr. fast which was intended to give my gut a rest, hoping that might cure this malaise.
Didn’t work! This am, 7/12, tried to make lemon water and was so exhausted after squeezing lemon, I had to lie down,
Popped on TV and there was my favorite Dr. telling me “You’re salt deficient...that’s why you’re so fatigued!” Bless my good Doctor, You...are the Salt of The Earth!😋
