this project is really cool to make an equal. my difficulty is just how will i know the correct thickness of the wire, other than that in 30 minutes the project is ready. But I'm going to do it in a different way, I'm going to use two ferrite transformers to increase the voltage, always taking care not to get a shock. a hug from your new subscriber here in Brazil

Bro please tell me what happen if I will increase the number of turns in primary side like 4-0-4 turns or 5-0-5 turns with same wire.
it will have higher resistance at higher frequencies but can work with lower frequencies. for example it can't work good at +80kHz but can work at 20-40kHz

What is the purpose of the air gap between the central leg of T/F , and why did you remove the air gap.
i think it has to do with the saturation point of the transformer. but I'm not completely sure about it
Hello i tried to make it exactly as yours, but every time i connect transformers and battery to it the mosfet heats. please what could be the problem.
try another pwm driver circuit, or ic. the ic maybe fake and can't produce a good pwm signal. or try using other mosfets. the mosfets could be fake too. or maybe the transformer has reached its saturation point at which it draws so much current without much output! hope it helps

hello friend, I rewound a similar transformer (the primary with 6-0-6 turns the secondary 90 laps) for a converter 24 DC to 380 DC but the transformer sounds strange and the mosfet are heated and burned, can you help me please!
Try Checking the frequency if its too low lets too much current pass

@@MrNirvana8987 try starting with 50khz if the inductve reactance is low you can burn the mosfets and the transformer gets too Hot. The higher the frequency the lower the current you can put 50khz then try to tune it from there
