- This is the transformer of ATX power supply. Because ATX power supply works in half-bridge mode. So if we use transformer to make inverter. Voltage will be only 110V. (If atx power supply 120V will be worse :D only 60V output ). therefore. We need to rewind the transformer. Primary 3 + 3 turns. secondary 90 turns. Reuse copper wire of old transformer. I will make 1 pcb inverter using ATX transformer power supply with feedback voltage and current, it will appear tomorrow.

for this project you need of ATX Power supply transformer and in this case you need to rewind it? the original pin ar not good for this PCB connections?

I am getting high voltage plasma when I am connecting a 100w incandescent bulb.....90 turns is too much ....I am using 21 wire guage instead of 20.....is that the problem.

Hi, I put the ferrite cores in place when I put the cores of the ferrite together and put the glue in my broken broken core. Can it be used?

Very simple, you need to x2 the number of primary wires.

With EE35. You need 3 turns / 12V ~ (0.25 turns / volt). If you use 48V voltage. You need 48 x 0.25 = 12 turns. Primary 12+12 turns. but I suggest using EE55 or EE65 transformer for 48V.

Hi dear from where I got its circuit diagram
The ferrite core can handle more than enough frequencies than steel laminated core. The steel laminated cores are mostly for low frequencies.. But ferrite cores can cope up with frequencies of Khz range to large extent.. The only idea is to utilise the frequency in a way so that we can get maximum and most effective output with minimum energy loss.. With increase of frequency eddy current increases as well as hysteresis loss also increases. Now since ferrite cores are capable of handling such a loss in minimal amount they are mostly preferred in inductive technologies..
If anyone knows something else more clear let me know that too.. 🙃🙂

Hy nice work i have littel idea for transformer put 220 volt and 100 watt lamp in sires and the two wire in to core in one munite the core will be warm and opend ...not put him in warm water that wist your time 😊😊
That's not a good ide because you could potentialy burn a coating on the copper wires. So that could make shorts really easily. I do recommend to heat the trafo in a boiling water
