Thank you for the video. I was really excited to see the update, as I didn't know the vehicle existed 2 weeks ago. V could have many uses. BTW, we were at our dealership Saturday. I made an off hand comment on a black S class they had in the showroom, and if it had been white, my roommate would have bought it, and not ordered the new E450. They just got a Moonlight White S580 (that morning in the back lot) with everything except the chauffeur's package. He bought it, and we cancelled the order for the E450. Pick up the S on Wednesday, as it was still in transport mode and sealed. They let us use the Black one for the day to make sure it was what he wanted. Thank you Nick, due to your updated video on DA2 in the S, he took another look.

The vehicle looks like a mini-camper. Many people want a variable "exhaust note", quite a variance from the RR ad about the loudest sound being the clock ticking.
Can you make a Burmester vs Mercedes sound system comparison? I feel they are same other than number of speakers.
I’ve thought about that one but the only problem is, there wouldn’t be a way for me to show on video easily.
Might do a short on it one day maybe? I feel like that might be a quick video! 😅
Plus thinking about it as I’m writing, I’d need to include the E-Class sound system that I reviewed at the start of the year! That sound system is INCREDIBLE with its 4D tech!

Range ?
I mention it in the video on the engines section…4:45 😅
Should be around 200 miles
Why are Mercedes not giving a longer range ? Its a big car for a longer range and longer battery to be installed ?
Trouble is, it’s not aerodynamic.
Aerodynamics play a huge part in EV’s range capabilities, if you take the EQE which has the same capacity battery at 90kWh (ish)
The range goes up to 380 miles 🤓
Mercedes has been blocked to sale hybrid petrol or just petrol in UK
Not heard of anything like that
Why would they be blocked?
Uk doesn’t want this vehicle to be used for taxi and diesel doesn’t meet the requirements but petrol does

Mercedes not sure what they are thinking , with the current rules in london u can’t registered a new v class to work as chauffeur unles its EV but EV with 200 miles it’s ridiculous u can’t work a lot , I can’t believe they didn’t produce a V220de hydride so like we could work with it . They have lost so many sales as many big comaobies the bought different brands on hybrid . Same mistake with the S580e there is no big room for luggage so all big companies are buying BMW , London it’s such a big market and they lost it
