I'm absolutely living for the changes Gen Z and Millenials are bringing into the work life. We need to get away from outdated traditions that haven't made sense in decades

Also a 97’er and feeling the same about not fully relating to gen Z or millennials. It’s a weird in between.
I’m glad that work conditions have improved over the years though! Recently moved jobs in healthcare after tolerating a hostile work environment for a long time and I’m definitely feeling a huge shift in work culture for the better now!

I recently found your channel and I feel the same way like I just finished college, lost in my 20s, trying to build wealth, etc. Your videos are great!

Great video, Sam. Very informative, as always. Living alone in the "sunset years" of my "boomer world", I must tell you that I have learned more, and have a better understanding and appreciation of, the Gen Z "perspectives". I am really happy that I watched this. By the way, congratulations on your "sponsorship". And may I just say that you are one hell of a TH-cam video content creator AND editor. Cheers mate.

I remember an interview with Prince Phillip where they asked him his opinion on the newer generation and he basically said he wasn't going to judge an entire generation by a few idiots. He knows there are genuinely hard working young people out there who are doing something with their lives and to the world.

So true! There can be a few bad apples but it’s not representative of the entire population 👍🏼

You should look up the meaning of Zillenials! I’m a 99 baby and don’t feel like I fully relate to being a Gen Z - another great and informative video

I live with my brother and his fiancé who are MAJOR millennials. Sometimes it is hard for me to be open with them as a Gen Z. They can’t really understand me because I have experienced high school and (now) my young adulthood in such a different way. Gen Z really is culturally changing this world and it would be nice to be understood.

Sending you a virtual hug 🤗 they may not understand but others definitely can!

I’m a young millennial, I personally find that it’s good to learn from another generation’s viewpoints in order to be part of changing the world and our culture, and breaking down old traditions and systems that were set by Boomers and The Silent Generation. Learning from Gen Z does give me another outlook on life where there are infinite ways to live my life, including who and what I choose to be. Life doesn’t come with a manual, we as individuals create and navigate life with the tools and knowledge given to us to use. Therefore, never stop learning and keep growing, keep evolving.

What to love about GenZ the most is our focus on environmentalism and fighting against climate change... and our ways of simultaneously making $1000 SHEIN hauls "trendy" 👍💀

Things to learn from gen z: being to judgemental, controlling, doing stupid sh*t that can kill you or other, wasting money and having a bad sense in fashion
