Another highly engaging video, thanks. Not meaning to be unduly argumentative, I'll just say, as a native Spanish speaker, that the proposed Spanish etymology is nonsense. I've never heard of _man_ being used as a shorthand for _monte._ There's no entry in the RAE dictionary (the Spanish equivalent of the OED) for _man_ as anything other than a colloquial form of _mano_ ("hand") in certain expressions. There's no definition given for _monte_ that means "account" or "bill" (most commonly it means "wilderness"); the closest thing would be the money wagered by the dealer/house in the card game monte. Nor does there seem to be any archaic spelling of _razón_ as "rezon"; the etymology is Latin _rationem_ to Old Spanish _raçon._ But even if the derivations were valid, it would be total grammatical nonsense, basically the same as saying "There account reason" in English. No Spanish speaker from any era would look at that title and derive "A Full Account of the Law" from it.

Yes - all of the interpretations are a 'bit of a stretch' in my opinion, especially the Spanish. Thanks for your input!

      Hebrew: AHI = MY BROTHER
MAN(should have been) MIN = FROM
REZON ( should have been RATSON) = FREEWILL.
It's the usual messing up of Hebrew but if said fast ,sounds like what is written. It is the preceding phrase to add to the following page preface. The verbal mentioned explanations whether in English or Spanish are rubbish!

      It comes from basic Hebrew

Ahi = my brother: man( min) = from: rezon ( ratzon) = freewill. Usual bastardised Hebrew in FM.

Explanations here whether in English or Spanish do not hold water. Add this phrase as I have translated to following page preface and now one knows what he is saying
