I have a little question: As a guitar player for many years, I've always wanted to get into the extended range. I'm aiming for the 8-string goodness, but am not sure, if I sould rather get a 7 string first. Whats your opinion on this? Should I get used to a 7 first or go straight 8?
Bronco XY me personally, I’d just jump into an 8 instead of buying a 7 and then going to an 8 after that. I went from a 6 to an 8, tried 7’s for a while and now am pretty much 8 strings only. The neck size will take some getting used to depending on what guitars you’ve got, but really not as crazy as some people make it out to be

In-game the songs work differently and don't play all the way through but dynamically trigger different sections based on gameplay and the player's actions its really fascinating. That said some songs have been released as part of trailers and obviously people are ripping the game files, but the OFFICIAL release is still being worked on.
