Henry, I'm somehow sure that you're aware of this subtle, yet telling, faux pas, but your pronunciation of your titular dish changed, over the course of the lesson! So, is it "Rangon" or "Rangoon"? I believe the latter, or at least I want to. It just "feels" right. Is that racist? I don't think it should be. It just "feels" racist. Whatever. With all the Covid, I've got bigger worries. Did writing songs about Covid help you deal? You seemed very healthy AND adjusted, in your lesson.
Bottom line: a pro like you needs to pick a Rangoon pronunciation and stick. Otherwise, luscious and inspirational, as ever! And nice facial hair!
