I use red potatoes, mayo, sugar, white vinegar, sweet relish, eggs, and Green onions ❤️. I really don't have a recipe per say I go by taste of mixing up my "sauce" then pouring it over my potatoes and eggs. I would say if you're making a 5lb bag of taters you would use the following...
1-1 1/2 cups Mayo
1/4 -1/2 cup sugar
5 green onions -chopped fine
1Tbsp White Vinegar
1/4 -1/2 c. Sweet relish
Salt & Pepper to taste
....mix well and pour over taters ans eggs 🥰 mix well and chill for about 30 minutes.

Stumbled upon your videos and I really enjoy them. My husband and I are not red meat eaters so some of the recipes I adapt to either turkey or chicken. However, I have a son who is about to graduate college and I’m sending him to your videos to learn to cook for himself. You do an excellent job explaining every step and it’s foolproof. On a side note, I’m very proud to say he entered college a Christian and is exiting college an even better follower of Christ! Definitely going to try the beef tip recipe. That looked really good. Still trying to place your accent. It's like you are from two different regions. They way you pronounce some of your words seems to be from the Delta South, but then you have elements from across Afton mountain Virginia area. I live in the South so maybe my ear is just a little more in-tune with Southern accents.
