The baked beans you made at the end are like what is called cowboy beans around here. I've even seen them done with leftover brisket. A friend of mine brought them over when my husband passed away.(about 10yrs ago) we ate off them for a few days along side sandwiches another family made for us. It was kind of a numb time back then. It was very kind of family and friends. You do an amazing job of cooking from your heart. You can tell your meals are made with love. 💞🥰

These ground beef recipes look delicious! I love that your taco tater tot casserole didn’t have a cream of soup. I’ve been thinking about subscribing to Butcher Box. It would be so convenient, and I’ve heard great things about the quality.
I have never cooked my meat when making stuffed peppers. Ive even made them in the crock pot w raw meat. I do use 80/20 usually for meat & i will take the peppers & grab them w tongs & drain the grease out. Usually into a can that im throwing away. Or use a foil lined sheet pan. I add a chunk of Velveeta cheese right before they're done..& i put a little bit of red Spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan or crockpot. I use Hunts in the can & season it. I never add salt bc everything has salt in it. Seriously try it w the raw meat & let them cook a while. But you gave me some great ideas! Can't wait to show my daughters these! I do use 80/20 usually for meat & i will take the peppers & grab them w tongs & drain the grease out. Usually into a can that im throwing away. Or use a foil lined sheet pan. I add a chunk of Velveeta cheese right before they're done..& i put a little bit of red Spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan or crockpot. I use Hunts in the can & season it. I never add salt bc everything has salt in it. Seriously try it w the raw meat & let them cook a while. But you gave me some great ideas! Can't wait to show my daughters these!
