I am grateful for the person who posted this… Ever since I went to China and watched them doing these exercises from my hotel window I have been looking for something similar to do myself. I get to work early every day and have some spare time and this is a perfect duration that I get this in, work the cricks out and get the blood flowing and it makes me feel really good. Thank you for posting this video. I used to follow these movements using another video but the explanation is all in Chinese and the quality of the sound isn't clear so I never knew if I did it correctly or what it's for...👍💪

@@fernandosanchezcuadro1487 Hi. These are common exercises all over China. My little old ladies in Beijing used to do them in the courtyard with a leader and boom box. The instructions are in Chinese and music the same.
