I own a Kuva Chakkhur for home defense, since that's what the lotus intended. Four ruffian grineer break into my orbiter. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Boomstick. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first clone, he's dead on the spot. Draw my Kuva Kraken on the second clone, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and it nails my Kavatt. I have to resort to the Kuva Zarr mounted at the top of the ramp loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two Grineer in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off Ordis's alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on his reenforcements to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the lotus intended.

There's something very satisfying about the fact that, even in this hyper-futuristic setting with weapons enhanced by space magic, you can still grab the Warframe equivalent of a flintlock rifle and have it work

It's my go-to when I wanna cosplay as a pirate. Just Hydroid/Sevagoth and a flint cock cannon of damage
So I saw something to pass along. Apparently the fire rate lock also applies to the Komorex sniper rifle. This makes it so the massive drop in fire rate doesn’t occur when switching to explosive mode. Something to have fun with.
Awesome, that means I can finally drop the stupid tech of quick scoping to make the fire rate usable lol

It's quite fun and makes it more enjoyable if you can cut the recoil a tad.

Huh. That means you can forgo fire rate mods (their bonus for the altfire is based on the original firerate without the penalty, so one is always necessary to get the firerate back to useable) for this for a straight DPS increase, nice!
So a thing about the cannonade mod, It doesn’t make you lose the dmg if you run a fire rate mod, it simply renders it null for instance using critical delay you get the +240 damage AND the +200 cc but you lose the 20 percent fire rate debuff (works on larton incarnon like a dream)

Yep, been using it on the Lex Prime. Crit Delay without the -20% firerate is chefskiss.
Have an almost godroll lex riven that sadly have neg fire rate, this mod fixed it.
Never thought I would see the day when a rifle has 4 D-polarity mods equipped and it works.

Critical Delay synergizes really well with Cannonade
This update gave so much cool stuff to try, along with the new status rework and faction health/armor changes. Feels nice to go back to that experimentation phase instead of just putting Viral on everything.
viral and slash is still king not much as changed other than them adding a little bit of variety but it's still not enough to dethrone the viral+slash+heat combo
@@theunhingedgamer3762 I never said Viral was replaced. I know is still overall the best element, but now we have actual alternatives instead of just slapping the same Viral Slash build on everything.
Personally Im loving high status weapons modded for either Corrosive or blast, and I am very happy the performance.

I feel like Magnetic might be a fun bonus element here. The impact (and slash procs) are already great for Grineer, but breaking shields with Magnetic will additionally get the electric spreading to complement the slashes and other AoE. This is without considering the benefits to breaking overguard as well.
Definitely going to be interesting to see where builds can go with the cannonade mods. Can't help but be bothered that the Galvanized Aptitude wasn't in the D polarity...

Semi weapons were indirectly buffed with new setting that makes all semi trigger weapons go full auto + these new cannonade mods. Excellent now that cannonade mods effectively negate -fire rate stats from corrupted mods and rivens too I think. Gotta give this a shot again, this was my first ever lich weapon.

Cannonade mods are so much fun. I put Shotty Cannonade on my Arca Plasmor and it's literally perfect now. MASSIVE damage, and the punch-through is lovely.
The Chakkhurr is always pleasant to pull out now and then and have a nice time! Thanks for the helpful video MC!

I also believe one of the new mod for shotgun give 60% magazine, so exergis goes to two bullet and that's awesome
The funniest part of the Cannonade mods is that it locks all modifications to fire rate.

My Latron Incarnon loves that sweet Cannonade/Critical Delay combo.
Something everyone needs to understand: the cannonade mods dont only prevent you from increasing your firerate, but also from decreasing it!!! the crit chance mods like critical delay are therefore incredibly good!!!
This gun already shreds. This mod feel like overkill. Which is what Warframe is ALL about
The Chakkhurr is great for Blast, which will be clearing crowds even more effectively, indirectly reducing the need for Fire Rate.

Got this weapon like a week ago cause saw memes about the Umbrella gun, had a shitton of fun going through missions at more slowly snipping grinner heads at a distance.
Chakkhurr is just illegal in general lol
I combined this with Voruna... Head shot multipliers and internal bleeding created mass AoE chaos. One of my favorite setups.
Fun fact: Crit Delay mods are affected by Cannonade, so no fire rate loss but still a massive improvement on the chance
Probably my favorite semi-auto primary.
fyi the cannonade series can also be used along side the generic damage mods like serration and hornet strike, for if you're feeling a wee bit silly.

aptitude works on projectile yes, but not explosions
Not sure if you mentioned this but the punch through means that the radial attack will often not trigger on impact with an enemy because the bullet goes through, so you dont get the radial damage unless the bullet travels 1.5m

according to Lazar it doesn't really affect it

@@lag00n54 for me it always happens when I use primed shred on the chakk and headshot singlular enemies, same with a bunch of other AoE rifles like stahlta
@@kimonerunna6344 well primed shred has more punch through ig so it makes it shet with cannonade
it's less so it doesn't affect kuva chakurr that much
@@lag00n54 cannonade is +1.5 and most enemies are 1m thick anyway so it goes through single enemies, it's good in groups tho

Exergis with Shotgun Elementalist and Semi-Shotgun Cannonade is pretty spicy
Same with Tenet Arca plasmor
The second I saw the Cannonade mods and how they give more damage than Serration and the other pure damage mods and some punch through all for the drain of a maxed speed trigger, I knew they would be good, unfortunately I've yet to get any of them, I've only been getting elementalist mods, but once I do I'm going to be updating my Chakkhurr to be like this build, alongside adding it to my Latron Prime and Prisma Grinlok, same for the Corinth Prime, Strun Prime, Lex Prime and Euphona Prime
One thing I noticed is the cannonade mods remove the fire rate debuff from Crit Delay, or the like, which is nice.
I love the Kuva Chakurr so much. I have it with an impact valance so i can proc internal bleeding on the aoe and use it built for full crit/hunter munitions on my Gloom Garuda. It's so insanely gross.
Both the hit and explosion already have forced impact there's no need to have it as a bonus
you should revisit the Jat Kittag now that blast has been reworked!
Putting Cannonade into the D-Slot and not Aptitude hurt a little
cannonade works with critical delay, because the fire rate can't be modified the negative doesnt apply to the weapon

Kuva Chakhurr Cannonade build is really good with Hemmorhage because of it's firerate being locked at 1.1 and guaranteed impact procs on direct hits. If you do this, you'll have a much higher chance to apply slash on hit than HuMu (75%). You'll also still get slash procs from the blast too, resulting in STUPID DOT ticks.
Then pair that with a Chroma buff build being aided by a Rhino buff build. Me and my friend had some fun in Steel Path 😂
If you want to mess with the new Blast changes...I HIGHLY recommend the Sporothrix. With the new accessibility setting, it can essentially be made full-auto, and with the augment from last Nightwave you can apply a ton of status in a large AOE. Ive been messing with it for a while now and it can completely ignore slash procs altogether in favour of raw damage and blast chains.
Chakkhurr is my ivaras personal weapon, it can destroy everything with a proper headshot.
I use Fractalized Reset on my Chakkhurr since it already deals so much damage.
Doesn't Cannonade's punch through mess with with Chakkhur's explosions though?
Personally I would run it with a cold progenitor so the build could vary between viral + hemorrage and blast. Blast + eletric would require more mods.

Chakkur has innate 50% more headshot damage so its very flexible with arcane choice.

This gun was already pretty busted even for Warframe, but making funny number funnier is always a good time.
Coincidentally I run this gun on my Inaros, looks great with his graxx skin. I also swapped an ability out for Energized Munitions for an effectively huge mag size and less reloading.
Chakkhurr has been my main for a couple years now even got a riven that boosted the crit chance to 215% and i never once ran a bane mod because it absolutely doesn't need that and I'm even running critical delay on it
that said elementalist is 100% not necessary because even without that it one shots just about everything and anything plus the gun even doubles as an eidolon hunting option
You can make the Prisma Grinlok into a makeshift Chakkhurr with SRC. It feels pretty nice.
I love the cannonade mods. So far I only had the pistol and rifle ones drop for me though. Still doing Nekros run of the event to farm up the shotgun one. I especially love it on the Incarnon Lato. It wasn't super nice before, but slapping this mod on it makes it really fun. Just deletes dudes.

Not as much damage as tenet arca plasmor, but it has considerably higher base fire rate.

I think Cannonade mods also lock you from increasing fire rate by warframe abilities is which another trait to consider when putting this mod on weapons

If you are going to use Rifle Cannonade, why not use Critical Delay for Crit Chance? The -X% Fire Rate does not apply since the Fire Rate of the weapon cannot be modified at all due to Rifle Cannonade; you just get straight benefits with no downside or ramp up.
tips on the build:
1. why not use critical delay? free 200% cc with no downside
2. Don't use aptitude, it is additive to cannonade (not all proj weapons are multi)
3. Good luck proccing deadhead on higher level enemies, where they die to bleed instead (use merciless)
I tried the Chakhurr with this and while the damage is beautiful I still prefer Primed Shred for it. I'll probably prefer Cannonade for weapons with higher innate fire rate, and on shotguns, since Critical Deceleration is absolutely mandatory next to Blunderbuss.
you just mentioned one of the first world problems i have, most primary arcanes are serration like, so if you dont want to depend on it, there isnt much option.
in this case here, i think this setup but with cold progenitor and frostbite would be better.
semi weapons are eating good this update because they also nerf nullifyer bubble so it can be 1 shot now

Unfortunately, GunCO is additional on the Chakhurr. And it doesn't affect the radial portion of the damage.
You're probably better off with something else in that slot.
If you're rocking a toxin progenitor, then Primary Blight is an attractive arcane option.

@@lag00n54 What following shot? Everything died to the DoT ticks. That's the thing too many people don't get about CO effects. They're only worth anything on the *second* shot. TheKengineer did a video on it quite a while ago, basically concluding that Primary GunCO is very rarely worth it, since it only stacks twice.
My point is, the Chakhurr doesn't need the status chance, since most of the damage is from forced impact being converted to slash, and the additive GunCO, which only affects 71% of direct shots, is hitting up against diminishing returns. Better off to stack more crit with Crit Delay to take advantage of other boosts.

so it pretty much already primes on other enemy so after you kill 1
the other is already full of status THAT and if your bringing Diriga or any companion that is a primer
you can still take advantage of it since kuva chakurr you aiming for direct hit with kuva chakurr
Should try the Semi mod for the Corinth Prime along with point blank, and the new status damage mod on a non crit, Heat status build Corinth Prime. With a riven I was able to get to 33,000 for primary and a staggering 145,000k damage on airburst. My Airburst heat procs do over 75k heat ticks and can enter millions with roar.

My takeaway from this vid is that i want:
-impact progenitor
-riven being +CD, +fire rate, +multishot
and a 3 dots dispo
dispo 2 on an unused gun seems retarded.
I have a full crit build on this weapon, but I think I have the room to put in Cannonade.

Is there a reason you chose heat as the base? Everything i've seen so far has suggested to go toxin.
