Why not use primary dexterity and use the ogris off hand Edit: also I hate faction mods too but there are so many weapons in the game that you don't have to mod them to do all the content, like if you mod elemental damage based on faction isn't that based on the same logic.
Hate how this weapon needs Rifle Scavenger aura + ammo mutation mod of 50% or higher to get an ammo pickup of 2 to be kinda useable (DON'T use ammo mutation mods alongside Carrier. It's unique mod overrides other mutations)... when it also needs the Combat Discipline + Arcane Avenger combo to make it hybrid viable and add another damage multiplier it REALLY wants too. Was my most used primary at a time, now... almost never use it, thanks for that DE >.>
The Ogris for me is still a staple for clearing out lower levels efficiently. After seeing this setup however, I'm sure it can be taken much further. Would love to see your take at the Ambassador some day!
3:30 I mean, they're not MEANT to be used as your sole weapon... when they made the change they said that explosives should be used as weapons of opportunity against bigger crowds... but people just manage to still not care anyways cause ammo mutation mods.... :V it's generally why you have an arsenal, but everyone just desires weapons that do all the lifting themselves.
With AoE weapons that have a low ammo count and a hard ramp-up, I tend to favor Dexterity Arcanes. It might not fit in with how you do your videos, but your ammo hungry weapons pair well with a decent melee weapon, because you can weave in a few melee kills every time you empty the magazine, look for a parazon finisher to reload with Blood For Ammo, then nuke the room again.
I started building my first kuva ogris a few days ago some I’m glad this shows up here also I saw a slash build with the impact mod that has a chance to slash status but I’ve been sticking to traditional
I think a lot of the launcher type weapons benefit better in Survival type missions with a lot more enemies Edit: I did not watch the whole thing before commenting lmao
Not only that, but this is a Kuva weapon. You can't get it that easily as the other weapons. The Acceltra Prime is a far better weapon and it's way easier to get, for example. It should be way better than it is. But unfortunately, DE doesn't like the word "balance". Uhh, well.

Liked the kogris before the ammo genocide? Try building normal ogris, its actually feels better in missions with massive ammo pool and bigger mag cap doing basically the same (also much better rivens)
Why not use primary dexterity and use the ogris off hand
Edit: also I hate faction mods too but there are so many weapons in the game that you don't have to mod them to do all the content, like if you mod elemental damage based on faction isn't that based on the same logic.
you should try the tenet plinx, it has a funny alt fire and extremely high base crit chance, fun weapon!
Was my most used primary at a time, now... almost never use it, thanks for that DE >.>
just try it with mirage with energized munitions subsumed over her 2nd ability and just go to town . Its SO MUCH FUN!!
yeah, this explosive weapon really didnt need to be nerfed. but hey, you acutally made it work somewhat.
you should try it on saryn with xata's whisper with a gas setup. Sooooo much aoe
Probably works well with Protea or really just Dispensary
It still pisses me off about the damned ammo nerf DE did to explosive weapons, they need to fucking revert it.
Envoy and Tonkor are the only explosive weapons worth using without sweaty af ammo builds now
@@Darthmufin God I haven't used my Bramma and Zarr in so long and it hurts knowing I can only run Carrier with Ammo Case to nullify the ammo issues...
@@lucasfraczek4320 Energized Munitions makes ammo a non-issue. Kuva Zarr is still the best weapon in the game for clearing rooms
@@maskettaman1488 I never think to run that Hellminth Ability since it felt like a band-aid solution, but I'll see what I can do with it.
The Ogris for me is still a staple for clearing out lower levels efficiently. After seeing this setup however, I'm sure it can be taken much further.
Would love to see your take at the Ambassador some day!
My first kuva weapon
Talk about Unreal Tournament vibes
Galvanized aptitude doesnt work on this build
3:30 I mean, they're not MEANT to be used as your sole weapon... when they made the change they said that explosives should be used as weapons of opportunity against bigger crowds... but people just manage to still not care anyways cause ammo mutation mods.... :V it's generally why you have an arsenal, but everyone just desires weapons that do all the lifting themselves.
Semi-canonade and elementalist saving ogris rn
I don’t understand why this weapon was nerfed to the ground… 😢
Oh yes my favorite weapon "the michael bay gun" 😁
I'll never forgive DE for what they did to my baby. My Kuva Ogris named Megumin was so strong, and then overnight she was almost unusable.
is the skin still obtainable??
that skin matches drakgoon more than it does the ogris tbh
I believe he drakgoon was based on “this” skin which is a the rocket launcher from Unreal which is an old DE game
@@novAviator01 The drakgoon is essentially just the Unreal Tournament flak cannon. It even got the skin from the special set this one is from.
@@novAviator01 oh, that's cool. thx for the info
Behold! The Master Blaster.
Day whatever I've lost count of asking for an exalted weapon series starting with Artemis Bow.
lol, those ammo changes are really unwarranted now that incarnon weapons exist
It's a remnant of DE Scott and his hatred for fun. Hopefully it gets changed at some point.
I know you blessed us with a build for the Twin Grakata but could we get one for the Prisma version too ?
Some dude soloed Arbitration Defense with this in a team of 4, we did like 15 rounds in a public lobby and he got 90% of the damage
Could you please do the shedu.
I just got this yesterday. GET OUT OF MY HEAD
I started building my first kuva ogris a few days ago some I’m glad this shows up here also I saw a slash build with the impact mod that has a chance to slash status but I’ve been sticking to traditional
I think a lot of the launcher type weapons benefit better in Survival type missions with a lot more enemies
Edit: I did not watch the whole thing before commenting lmao
Gas/Electric! Stack those DoTs!
If only I could get that skin
Not only that, but this is a Kuva weapon. You can't get it that easily as the other weapons. The Acceltra Prime is a far better weapon and it's way easier to get, for example.
It should be way better than it is.
But unfortunately, DE doesn't like the word "balance". Uhh, well.
I miss using my ogris....ammo nerf killed the gun.
