I had a stone perforate a radiator on my .1 car. The side grilles come as 3 individuals so were worse to fit but they do a good job of keeping trash out.
I wanted the like these grills but they did not fit was customer service is horrible, I ended up filing a claim and the wanted me to pay the $50 shipping back to the UK for something that did not work. Like I said there customer service is horrible and I ended up just keeping them taking them to a local welder that modded them to fit for the extra $50. Also the quality is sub par at best you will cut you hands no less then 3 times trying to install these razor blade grills and say good buy to your paint scratch city from the UK! I wish I never bought them. Great video thanks for posting.

It’s hard to describe how secure the fitment is but after personally installing these I have zero doubt that these will hold up to high speed nor have I ever heard or read about these ever coming off at any speed.
When installed make certain that the vent louvres don't touch the screen. The louvres open and close by a motor. Putting extra load on the motor through contact of the louvres with the screen will wear out the motor. It's easy to misalign the screen in this manner.

Thanks, Dutch911!!! I've thought about it and I know it's an easy and inexpensive mod/upgrade. There are a couple of reasons I haven't done it yet. First of all, my current front lip scrapes all the time. Even coming in and out of my own driveway, even at an angle, it scrapes. I realize that the sport one will scrape even more. The other thing is that I may be adding a more aggressive rear spoiler/wing/tail at some point and that will necessitate me installing an appropriate front spoiler to compensate for the additional downforce on the rear. Decisions decisions.

You would think that the manufacturer of these grill covers would do a better job of modeling the fit. Looks kind of crappy on a $100K+ car. Just my opinion.
I don’t know where you get the idea of “we have a lot of problems with the water pump” comment. I think you should learn how to change the water pump instead of installing the grills so that you are prepared. By the way, take the Rolex off, you might scratch the watch.
It’s a known fact that the water pump is a common issue for these cars. Installing these grills are a preventative action. Prevention is the best medicine. As for the Yaughtmaster that he’s wearing, Rolex are originally made as tool watches. They’re built like tanks. Banged mine against many surfaces and based on the density, it’s left marks but never been marked itself. Your arguments against prevention contradicts itself. Questioning why he puts on a grill but suggesting he not wear his watch…

Just bought the same car a month ago I put my hands back there it was filled with leaves and small rocks like filled with stuff behind the louvre

Yes, mine are the same as for the base 991.2 Carrera. GTS would be a different model.

Thanks for sharing. My concern is the dynamic vent flaps. Is it will interfere the vent flaps moving?
That was my concern too but these do not appear to make any contact with the flaps.
