I think more people are not interested in this disidentification because they have a bunch of unmet needs that don't directly correlate to any of this. I consider myself interested in spirituality and yet I could care less about disidentifying. I've had my time of unwavering commitment to such practices and it led to a kundalini awakening gone wrong......and realizing, basic earthly needs like money, relationships or even ego DEVELOPMENT were lacking. Nowadays I do tend daily to my spirit, but it comes in the form of personal ways of dealing with my energy knots. No meditation, lots of psychological self-awareness and patience with where my bodies are energetically (I'm very clogged up in many areas).
I think there's too much pressure from our current spirituality in getting people to wake up. I think if people felt enpowered in other areas of their life, awakening will happen very naturally. It's okay to trust life will take care of you, but you still need to be personally invested in your endeavour. Since i've always been a free thinker, with my own ideas about a lot of stuff including spirituality, I've had trouble investing in some practices-.....when all that propelled me was believing in some guru or teacher....and their assurance this was important. In fact, many of those practices led to my disorientation. Today my defintion of real spirituality is hollistic human self-enpowerment, meeting one's needs and having a basic understanding of the energy physics of this reality, and how they interact with consciousness. Not all of us can skip steps and aim straight for selfrealization. Using the chakra system as an example, I came with the upper ones very developed and the 3 lower ones in a mess. When I take care of the 3 lower ones....spirituality comes naturally to me.

You seem to be a scientist of yourself
Working in your lab. You are right you can only lean on what you have validated through your own experience . And for that the only thing you have are thoughts, feelings, body perceptions and dreams ..the point I am making is to use all that to combine psychological drilling and metaphysical questioning ..to open the gate of void.

Mr. Forget, what if a person says “I don’t dream”. What is the message inside the ontological fact that a person appears as if he or she doesn’t dream (I say he/she doesn’t recall dreams). What is the path that this experience is telling to that people? Thank you

We all dream, it is a discipline to bring them back . First put a note book by your bed side. Then before falling asleep tell yourself you will remember them when you wake up. When you do wake up do not move and slip about two third back into sleep , then bit by bit images will rise to the surface .
