This is among the best F22 rc jet video... In term of flying skills, camera works and location.. We can clearly see the detail of the plane during flying. Less talking.. Viewers can listen to the edf sound and can estimate the throttle management.. Nice nice nice..
I am glad that you appreciate it! 🙏 Actually, TH-cam pushes creators to do more talking in their videos, but I kinda like them better this way. It's not for everyone, I know, but I prefer there not to be distractions from the actual flight ^^
I am new to RC planes (1 yr) with my AeroScout 2.1🤣. What I like about your take off is, wheels up immediately & many other skills. That is how the full scalers do it. Great video.
Thanks! I suggest watching full scale airshows, pick a couple of maneuvers you really dig and start practicing them on your flights. Then, as you get comfortable with these, you can try and add some more! :D
Great stick work and did you ever post your flight control setup for the F-22? I have my Freewing F-22 on separates (I just pulled the signal wire from the blue box for each) and I've done Elevons. However, I'm not really happy with aileron coupling. It looks like you only have crow with the elevons at high deflection? Great videos and thank you!
Great flying dude as always. The stabilators seem so move differentially (independent throws at a given time). That's because you have a gyro stabilizing via tailerons right? Sry if this is dumb question I have limited experience with bigger models and just started building my ARF Version of this.
Hey, thanks! I have the tailerons set up for pitch and roll and besides they are gyro stabilized but despite the gyro being extremely useful, you can barely notice its corrections in the air. The flickering moves that you see in there are actually my own pilot inputs (which then the gyro smooths out). I find these jets often work better on 'impulse commands' rather than sustained stick deflections when operating at high angles of attack. Helps prevent departure from controlled flight. :) AKA: my fingers look like I have parkinson when I fly, lol.
@@RC4ever Ok thx, I am setting up mine currently with the Hobbyeagle a3 gyro but I cannot figure out how to tell the gyro I am using tailerons. I can setup taileron input on my transmitter but the gyro only corrects roll via ailierons and pitch via elevators. Is there a way to make the gyro correct roll on ailerons + tailerons and pitch on tailerons?
@@domscorpi9775 I haven't flown the 6S. But both have their place. 6S can be floatier. 8S will allow a wider speed envelope and flying slightly longer.
This one. It is much more aerobatic (although the TV add on makes the Gripen compete), much more resistant to turbulent air and wing rocking, the jet is much more robust overal, easier to work with and achieve reasonable CGs, barely requires maintenance, has more power and acceleration while allowing for longer flight times, much more battery compartment space to work with, etc.
@@RC4ever I wish I would ask you this question earlier!!! I bought gripen a month ago and I just ordered TV(still on the way) Also I have eflite f16 80mm,can you advise what would be my next jet? Yes he is! But mind that I spend many hours further stabilizing the videos in post with video-editing software, so it's really a team effort! ^^ As good as dad is, the 'raw' videos never look that polished! ;)

Absolutely I took my wife with me to film and all she did was talk through the entire video. 🤣
You make that jet look fantastic! Great flying!!!
Thank you very much!!
Best RC Flight ever! Excellent filmwork as well.
Whoa, those are big words... thank you very much!! :DDD 🤩🥰🥰🥰

Will let him know, thanks!
Now THATS flying! No abnoxious talking, cheesy music, 2 stroke engines background noise. Great tight close in video work. Good job.
Thank you very much, it is appreciated! ♡

I take quite some effort in observing full scale jet demos and try to replicate their moves with the scale models :')
You have definitely mastered the F22, awesome flying man!!!!!

I'm speechless could watch you fly all day
😀😀😀
Love to hear that, I appreciate it! 🙏❤️
Excellent flying & maneuvering skills.

Cool and awesome skills! Did you fly the 90mm F-4 Phantom already? I fly mine scale but would like to see what the airframe really is capable of.
