- Today you can have a look into our fish room, or the green wall more specific. It's not a full blown fish room tour, but a peak into many of the small planted tanks, that makes up one of the walls in our room. There is lots of new stuff going on: Open tanks that combines densely planted aquariums with lots of floating plants and even ordinary houseplants. Hard to tell where these scapes ends, some ends up the wall. New fish: livebearers, tetras, rice fish and more. Then there are shrimps, ramshorns and stuff. Everything filmed in HD. Hope you enjoy!
Cheers, Ulla and Michael

IMO a lot of fish rooms are boring, adding vast amounts of plants is a welcome and beautiful addition.
Thank you for your feedback. Cheers Michael :0)
Incredible quality. Beautiful and healthy looking tanks, great choice of music, soothing voice - and a peculiar and familiar accent that just compliments the experience so well. You must be danish? Definitely some David Attenborough vibes here.
Cheers from norway!
Thanks for your feedback, Bjørn. And you are right. I am Danish. Cheers, Michael 🙂
Great editing. I very much appreciate the level of effort made to showcase your aquariums. Love the natural jungle style; old school fishkeeping at its finest!

I enjoy your videos, they are very relaxing and your cadence is quite soothing. One of the things that seems special about your channel is that there aren’t new videos every other day. Feels more special when you do post a new one.
Hi Patrick. Thanks you for your kind feedback. We plan to release videos more often in the coming months. 🙂
This is one of the best aquarium youtube channels. Mature planted tanks and beautiful fish!

What a great and inspiring video!:) Thanks and all the best from Poland!
Thank you. All the best from Denmark. 🙂
I breed killis as a hobby. I have pretty much trained my fry not to jump out of tanks. I can basically leave the tank without a top and not worry about it.
Haha. I've breed killis for decades, but have never been able to teach them that trick. :0)

Michael, can you please show us an example of the light you are using, or perhaps share an Amazon link to something similar? Your videos are incredible, keep producing them!
I use cheap floodlights. 10W and 4000K on most tanks. Here is a link to a large selection: www.amazon.com/s?k=10+watt+led+flood+light&language=en_US&crid=38W688Y099YBF&linkCode=sl2&linkId=f3a0a06716699628e80d7266d9ba0dd7&sprefix=flood+light+10+watt%2Caps%2C155&tag=michaeljens0a-20&ref=as_li_ss_tl

Wonderful fish room, congrats. May i ask what light do you have for the tanks, and what ferts for the plants. They are amazing. ☺️
Thank you. I use liquid fertilizer every week (Tropica Premium Nutricion) and occasionally root tabs. I use cheap floodlights. 10W and 4000K on most tanks. Is it cabomba plants that look so beautiful in your tanks? How do you make them thrive so well?
Thanks, the plants that look like cabomba are actually Limnophila sessiliflora. I dont think there is a special secret, to make these grow well. They might be one of the easiest plants on the planet. I don't use soil, but just ordinary gravel in all my tanks and my light nothing special. Limnophila sessiliflora will grow well, even under low light/low tech conditions. Highly recommended.🙂
Thanks a lot - I will give them a try - so beautiful.
Hi Michael, great looking fish room. What size tanks are you using?
Thank you. Most of my tanks are from 56 Litres to 86L. And I have a killi/breeding rack with tanks from 3 til 10L. Cheers, Michael :0)
What are the dimensions of tanks and reck i am curently building my fish room and cant decide what dimensions wanna build
Most of my tanks in this rack are 56 Litres (60x30x30 centimeters) or 86 Litres (70x30x30). Cheers, Michael :0)
