For bacterial diagnostics how does it compare to 16srRNA diagnosis and rapid molecular diagnostic kits such as Xpert,especially in terms of sensitivity, specificity,turn around time,cost effectiveness.

Regarding the current Wuhan coronavirus outbreak. There are some people claiming the virus contains hiv genetics or hiv like genetics within the corona viral code. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
