I don't know how old is Katsura Kaishi before. He has already performed in the Philippines (Davao and Makati), and I was watching his performance last Jan 26, 2019 at RCBC Plaza, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Yeah, he's funny. The Rakugo is ANA-Sponsored in the Philippines.
