after this all started to crumble.... first Tom had his neck surgery - that meant no more headbanging... it was totaly wrong watching Tom during fast instrumental parts just standing there and smiling. Than that dude Greg Fidleman scruwed guitar sound on WPB. Than Jeff got bitten by spider and eventualy dies... and finaly Lombardo kicked from the band....:( I dont want talk shit about Paul, he is great drumer but still.... also im realy waiting to hear this new album to see could they do it without Jeffs input. Kerry got his fair share part of song writhing in the past, but he is also aware that fan favorites are writen mostly by Jeff, and 80% of every Slayer setlist are songs by Jeff....
Dave was not kick from the band. He left because slayer was getting paid shit salaries. When Dave went to go talk to Tom and Kerry to get paid better they where with him but, then they got paid to say NO. So in the end Tom and Kerry sold out to Dave for money. Fuck up
Never disappoints live... at least with Jeff -yet to get used to the idea that there is a Slayer without Hanneman. 1st show I saw (undisputed attitude tour) there was a very new Machine head supporting their debut and did they suck ...after that ...SOUTH OF HEAVEN ...saw them at least 3 more times with Jeff still ... resume: by faaaar the best metal band live (even though it is not my favourite on record -shit, most bands I prefer on record do not do tours anyways, not even the occasional gig let alone a tour ...oh well) PS The only band I´d compare live and it was only on the "Renewal" tour was Kreator, what a gig -Armazém 22, will never forget the complete chaos before, during and after that
