I recently beat the game myself and the moment where it said all EIGHT travelers could be used I got SO stressed out LOL. The music went so hard and I was so caught off guard. The friend who'd gotten me into the game to begin with actually joined me for the final phase and I was like, PANICKING LMAO so he actually helped keep me centered while proposing ideas and it's a fight I will NEVER forget for a long, LONG time. The presentation of it all was absolutely incredible and I remember I sat there crying during the credits cause I'm NEVER getting an experience like this again LOL
Ochette was my protag, had her as Armsmaster and everything, I plan to do another run with her and see just how insane I can make the fight the next time I play it. Hearing your reaction genuinely brought me life cause I FELT ALL OF THAT TOO LOL. I adore Octopath 2.

The Conjurer group heal revive is suddenly busted.
I revived 7 and had my conjurer benched for a few turns
The moment the 8 got together my brain froze, i yelled like a madman at 2am
It reminded me of the mobile game, and the fights in the mobile game are awesome
And the soundtrack, oh my god ...
Clearly the best boss in the game
Galdera was fun tho , but it isn't as hype as weide

It's a great boss but honestly Galdera is something else
i haven't gotten anywhere close to starting Galdera yet and i fear for my sanity when i get there
Galdera wanted to consume the world, and does everything he can to protect himself while fighting you.
Vide wants to destroy the world, and will forsake defense to spite you in other ways first.
Yeah, Vide is a great boss fight, but Galdera smokes him ! One of the hardest boss fight ever !
I still prefer's Vide's OST and overall atmosphere, though

They just added a free update that adds Superboss Vide. And Superboss Vide is so much worse than Galdera could ever hope to be, and it’s terrifying.
