    Another top notch Rosalie workout video. After four months using my Total Flex I' ve increased my intensity in performing the basic moves by doing one arm curls,tricep extentions,bench presses,and seated shoulder presses by using both sets of resistance cords( 4-6 cords) and grabbing both handles with one hand. Using good workout gloves helps with this setup.Also,my free hand helps support and guide my working hand to keep good form. This one hand using two handles with 4-6 resistance bands way of exercising is both quite challenging and for advanced users in good shape. Proper warming up and stretching before your workout is important. This system also works with one legged calf raises,one legged squats, bent over rowing,and leg extentions.Be sure to add the metal footplate for these leg and back exercises. Again, these one armed and one legged exercises are not for beginners but for those advanced exercisers who want to take their Total Flex workouts to a higher level.

      2 black bands attached for rowing, red & black for other exercises
