    Worth remembering that the point/slope equation also works when you use (x2, y2) instead of (x1, y1), as we are finding the equation of the line which has both of these points on it. If one set of coordinates looks difficult and the other looks easier to manage, it will still lead to the same slope/intercept version of the equation :)

      And for the slope coefficient m it doesn't matter if instead [Y2-Y1]/[X2-X1] or [Y1-Y2]/[X1-X2]

    Love your videos. FYI. In Australia, most textbooks use +c (constant) instead of +b for the y-intercept

    In Hungarian we call slope as meredekség, so we can assign a meaning to m in the equation

    m=tan(alpha) so if slope is undefined line is perpendicular to X axis

    I do not know if it is coincidence but slope in Arabic is Mail ( ميل ) which start in m ( but also Algebra is Orginaly Arabic word )
