I main Shao and Scorpion and a tip against Kung Lao when they do that ex up kick. You can jump and do 1,2 fall to the ground and then 1,2 bf1. You are fast enough to beat him in the air and go for a combo punish. Keep up the good work Diff💪
I play Smoke & Reiko. I usually step my air game up. Kung Lao needs his opponents to stay on the ground mostly. So when I jump alot and dodge his wake up. They get frustrated lol.

I haven't been able to rematch someone/play kl for the past 3 days and as far as ik this bug has been here ever since launch.
I love your air tp combo and I learned myself but I use cyrax air attack to extend it then air grab. if I didnt explain it right here is the combo: F32 F32 12 DB3 AMP 12 DB2 KAMEO J2 GRAB. its around 42%? not sure
Mad props for getting as far as you do with scorpion. In my opinion he’s near the bottom of the roaster. It almost feels as if they started to design him and then just stopped mid way thru and called it a day. How are some of these characters so in depth and then there’s scorpion that’s so basic.
That’s how Reptile feels too. Like acid spit pretty much does nothing and EX invisibility doesn’t do anything differently from regular Invisibility. It feels like they just just stopped on some characters kits.
They say it’s because your supposed to use cameos to fill the gaps of ur character but that makes no sense. That’s limiting what cameos you can use. It makes even less sense when you have characters with no gaps cuz then they don’t even need a cameo. Scorpion has like 2 usable strings while Johnny, Ashra, mileena, raiden, etc is just fine. Love the game but god it feels so incomplete. Wanna at least tag my damn moves in practice
I'm surprised so few people are punishing your timing for 21xxdb2 uprocket, there's a huge gap. If you do 2(uprocket)1xxdb2, it's completely safe, and if you're able to hitconfirm, you can instead cancel into bf4 which uprocket extends allowing you to connect a f34 after. This lets you do the f34 combo path from 21 starter without spending your spear early.
@@ken5040there are no intro dialogues in Towers, Invasions or Kombat League. Literally the only way to hear them is offline/online regular versus matches. Yet another aspect where they fumbled in this game.
Watching this as a new player is extremely disheartening there is so much i do not know i feels like ill never get caught up to most people in this game! Excellent video for something to strive towards in my gameplay

Yea people trying to steal their turn back with poke is incredibly popular they need to make it more punishable smoke and sub have very quick pokes and very short punish time those together really do make it so they can two two down poke two two down poke and the poke beats your throw your down poke your back dodge it’s pretty cheap

Why do you skip games that you lose? I can understand doing it to make a shorter video but i think that viewers can learn a lot about the flaws of scorpion especially in matches you lose, and also just see more from the opponent as well.
A lot of stuff in this game is safe when it really shouldn't be and it makes the game into a tedious poking match. I also feel like a blocked poke should open your opponent up for a full combo punish. Neutral in MK1 just feels awful, idk how much longer I'm going to be playing the game. Prob not much longer if NRS doesnt do a lot of character readjusts, the patch they just released with their latest character adjustments makes absolutely no sense. Like hell they buffed Baraka even more! Which he's a character that isn't as strong without cyrax, but still.
Me hope my dog will been okay she got hurt by my step mothers brothers dog so she couldn't walk very good plus when try 2 pick up she screams n pain and it scares anytime she hides under bed or my chair me hope bee okay because me don't really have family or real mother me live with step mother and step brother
Diff always has such a good mindset on top of being such an innovative and awesome scorpion player. I want to start my road to top 1000 atleast

You can crouch or even anti air Kung Lao as he falls down from the EX rising kick.
Pro tip: You can even crouch a Goro Assist in that gap.

You will get there. I was like this when mk11 came out. Step by step. Just play the game, ignore the loses and use practice range.
Play kenshi it’s the best range/striker to learn the combos with

btw: I agree, cyrax is cheap, when raiden gets nerfed (even if cyrax doesn’t) I will drop cyrax completely for sektor

You don't ever have to block low on wake up against Kung Lao. He has no low starter, and his over head is easily punishable. Just sayin'
